OUR UPSCALE COCONUT COTTAGE IS BACK AND AVAILABLE TO BOOK FOR 2025!
Enjoy a relaxing Southern exposure waterfront end unit townhouse in the desirable Harbour Island community, home of the famous White Marlin Open.
Conveniently located in the heart of Ocean City on 14th street & the bayside, our charming Unit 1A sleeps 6 with a 2 bedroom, 2 1/2 Bath, and one queen sized sofa bed with an open floor plan with a living room, dining room & fully equipped kitchen all overlooking the beautiful harbor.
Community includes pool (seasonal), tennis court, playground & Reel Inn Bar & Grill on site.

The space:
Upon entering Harbour Island Unit 1A you will immediately feel relaxed by the breathtaking view of Harbour Island Marina. You will enter through a key pad that is changed after each renter. Our kitchen is fully equipped and stocked with all of your cooking necessities. Enjoy dining in the open floor plan overlooking the bay. The living room offers brand new furniture and big screen Smart T.V. You will have access to high speed internet and over 100 cable channels. Make your way upstairs to the Master Bedroom and you will find a king size mattress and soft linens along with a fully renovated bathroom. Wake up to a beautiful view of the bay and sip a cup of coffee from your private balcony. Walk down the hall, past the stackable washer and dryer (in a closet) to the Guest Room featuring a queen size mattress and cozy linens. This bedroom offers a private, newly renovated bathroom along with a balcony. Both bedrooms include brand new, Smart T.V. for your viewing pleasure.

* Please note this unit is cleaned by the owners family and every single towel and linen including the duvet's on each bed are washed (and bleached) after each stay. We take a lot of pride in knowing our guests will be entering a home that is cleaned from top to bottom for their stay.

Guest access:

During your stay, I will be available to answer any questions, give you recommendations and help anyway I can to make your stay fabulous!

Other things to note:
COVID-19 UPDATE: We are following every guideline of our local and state governments to provide a clean environment. The beach and boardwalk remain opened for visitors and Maryland has weekly updates by the Governor with more opening every week. We have an extremely thorough cleaning regimen (before and after COVID-19 and make sure every surface is wiped down with disinfectant wipes and sprays. With that being said, by choosing to travel and stay with us you are doing so at your own risk. If you feel unsafe, uncomfortable, or are not quite sure about traveling and staying with us in Ocean City, we understand this uneasy time and please don't book with us. Our cancellation policy is strict due to high demand so please read over it thoroughly before booking.

There is one assigned parking space inside the gated community. Aside from that, there are public free street parking along both sides of 14th street directly in front of the unit.

**This unit has a maximum capacity of 6 people. This is a rule we follow as it is a rule the community has. However many people you book for is the amount allowed in the unit.
