Oceanfront, plus ocean views from all rooms!!! 3br, with brand new king mattress in master, new twin beds that can be converted into a king bed 2nd bdrm. 2 new queens in 3rd bdrm, living room, dining area, and brand new, fully equipped kitchen!
Amenities: 2 parking spaces with prime parking spots, elevator, large, wrap around balcony with beautiful ocean views, outside dining on balcony, just steps from the beach! Washer and dryer, stove, oven, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, dishes and cooking utensils, vacuum, tv's, outside shower area, ac, high-speed internet. Please bring towels, linens and paper products.
Complimentary starter kit which includes coffee pods, paper towels, toilet paper and hand soaps.
This is a third floor oceanfront unit. Walking distance to grocery stores, restaurants/bars, miniature golf, and local shopping! It is also a quick drive to amusement parks, boardwalk, water slides, water sports, tax free outlet mall shopping, assateague island, and so much more!

Jim and I have three grown sons and recently moved to Tenessee! We've been blessed with being able to enjoy the mountains in Tennessee and the beautiful ocean in Ocean City, Maryland!
Why they chose this property
I was given the gift of vacationing in Ocean City, Maryland by my grandparents since I was a year old. Ocean City is our 'home away from home', and has blessed us with incredible memories that we hope to continue to share with our sons. We hope that you also, will be able to create beautiful memories and enjoy our 'home away from home' as we have:).
What makes this property unique
We love that our condo is so conveniently located to so many family owned restaurants and shops. We love that it is 2 flights up, but has an elevator for convenience. We love that it has sliding glass doors which allows you to see the ocean and outdoors from each room. We love that it has an extra large, wrap around balcony which allows for outside dining, time to reflect, have a quiet cup of coffee in the morning, or a nice cocktail in the evening, while absorbing the beautiful ocean views. We love everything about our home away from home, and we hope that you will be able to enjoy every moment as we have:)!
