Small air-conditioned holiday home of 70 m2 in the residential area of ​​Boulouris, 10 mins walk from the sea and 5 mins walk from the shops, train station and CREPS. Made up of 3 rooms for 4 to 6 people in a residence with private parking. A large south-facing terrace (table, chairs, armchairs, etc.) overlooking a private garden with an open view. An entrance with fitted kitchen (vitro hob, oven, fridge freezer, microwave and dishwasher). WC. Large living room with sofa bed (TV, DVD player, micro chain, wifi internet....) Quiet neighborhood located 5 minutes by car from the city center of Saint Raphael and close to the Ile d'Or and Agay. At the foot of the Massif de l'Esterel and its many hiking and biking trails.

Sejour sympathique. La clim dans les chambres est vraiment apprĂ©ciable. Suffisamment de matĂ©riel pour cuisiner. Mer avec des roches ideal pour le snorkeling a 10 min Ă  pied. Invasion de moustiques sur la terrasse Ă  la nuit tombĂ©e (mĂȘme avec le materiel sur place), pensez Ă  prendre du rĂ©pulsif.

Zentrale ruhige Lage

Wir konnten trotz VerspĂ€tung noch einchecken und haben ein mit allem gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus vorgefunden. Die Lage ist ruhig, mit Blick auf GĂ€rten, fusslĂ€ufig zu GeschĂ€ften, StrĂ€nden und Bahnhof. Eine gut gestaltete Zusammenstellung der SehenswĂŒrdigkeiten und FahrplĂ€ne hat uns bei der Orientierung sehr gut geholfen. Vielen Dank Bertrand!

Cette location est parfaite pour une famille de 4 personnes. Taille idĂ©ale. TrĂšs bien situĂ©e, dans un endroit calme et tout peut se faire Ă  pied. Plage, resto, courses. Proposition pour avoir un peu moins chaud les nuits, mettre des lampes, ventilateur de plafond. En mĂȘme temps on cherchait le soleil ☀ et heureusement on l’a trouvĂ©.
