Screened porch, large deck, family friendly east access beach front right from the deck! Enclosed outside shower with hot and cold water, gas grill, garage. Located 1/2 mile from the Fish House Restaurant, Blue Water Point Marina Municipal Ramp, and Carolina Watersports. Great views - enjoy the sunsets from this west end home.

First time visit to Oak Island

Beach was beautiful, house was clean and tidy. Just 2 of us on this vacation. The house is very nice but on the small side in the common areas. Lots of tables and chairs to accommodate larger groups actually took up way too much space. If you are renting this house for a large group, be sure you all really enjoy each other’s company. Also bring beach chairs since there is only one at the property.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The location was awesome. The house was perfect for our needs. We had a couple of small issues. The fans/overhead lighting would not work in the two upstairs bedrooms but no big issue because we had plenty of lamps. The sliding glass door to the deck was difficult to open and close but I’m sure being ocean front makes that difficult. We were tickled to find a microwave hidden in the pantry and the house was well equipped!!! One recommendation….. the front deck has one banister post that is NOT spaced correctly and my 16 month old granddaughter could stick her head through it. Watch the little ones closely on the front deck. Overall, we loved the house and would stay again in a heartbeat!!!
