All bedrooms are well appointed with flat screen TV's, high speed internet, Spectrum cable and Roku sticks/smart tvs.

Living area includes: couch, 3 chairs, dining table for 8, family games and books, 65” flat screen Roku TV, ocean views.

**FRONT DECK:

The ocean-facing deck offers beautiful ocean and pier views with additional seating. You'll find a convenient dining table, great for outdoor meals or playing board games.

**KITCHEN INFO:

Modern kitchen with luxury stainless steel appliances including refrigerator, smooth top range, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and kitchen sink. Additional: 4-slot toaster, Kuerig with single serve and drip coffee, additional 12-cup drip coffee maker, French press, coffee grinder, 10-qt crock pot, waffle maker, Oster blender. Kids’ plates, cups and utensils.

Generously supplied with all items needed to serve and cook for a large crowd.

Bar seating for 3, dining table seating for 8, with additional table seating on the ocean-facing deck.

It’s just like when you check in at a hotel and give your ID and security deposit to the front desk, except our front desk is online! It's super easy to complete on your phone! We use a web-based system called Happy Guest, and you’ll receive a personalized rental agreement, ID verification, and a simple security hold (which is not a security deposit) to receive your arrival instructions. It’s simple: finish these steps, and you’re all set to enjoy your stay! Note: arrival info won’t be sent without completing these steps, and refunds aren’t possible if skipped. Your personalized guidebook will give you all the info about the home, my favorite local spots, automatic early check-in notifications (only if available), and sometimes even late checkout (only if available)!
