We arrived and apartment temp was 27 degrees. At first the property owner was quick to respond and said they would contact building manager to fix ac but we never heard back. Had to sleep with window open at night and patio door open to cool place down. This was very noisy as you are down town. When windows / door closed very quiet. Well located property and close to everything. The property is on the surface very well organized and clean. Upon further examination there is a lot of gathering dust in picture frames shelves under bed ect.but dust may be there as windows need to be open. Patio windows are very dirty and some child has used them to draw on which was funny. It would have been so helpful if there had been written instructions / checklist left in apartment. It is very spacious. Kitchen is great and there are condiments and every utensil you could need. Checkout reminder was given as 10 am but in vrbo site it was 11 am. Wouldn’t stay here again because of AC noise at night having to have windows open. Loved being downtown and hustle and bustle. No response from owner leaves me to believe they don’t live in town or are away. I just prefer to have property owner in the same city as I am renting. If you do stay here in winter I think i t would be really enjoyable.

We loved the location of this property! It is right beside the pathway along the river and just a short walk away from the museums, coffee shops and anything you may need! I would definitely book here again if we are ever in the area.
This fabulous, modern condo in an excellent downtown location is exactly as it appears in the photos. It's quiet and clean and is a short walk to restaurants, the Yukon River, museums and shops. We appreciated Andy texting to ensure all was good - and it was. Highly recommended.
This rental is exactly as described. Great location. Lots of space for 2. Convenient to Main St. and a walk along the river.
Clean - well maintained and stocked - easy! Loved it.
