Mini villa of 65 m ² very luminous and functional in residence raised and well maintained with reassured swimming pool reserved for the housing estate. A guardian watches over the residence. The house is made up in rez of putting on of a kitchen opened on the corner meal and on the living room. A bay window gives on the terrace and on the corner garden which invites to rest. Upstairs are the bedrooms and the bathroom. A barrier closes the stairs for the safety of children. For you to enjoy until the end of your holiday the end-of-stay cleaning fee is included in the price. A parking space is reserved for you inside. The residence is located in the heart of a quiet and welcoming village overlooking a very large sandy beach. In the crossing street is a butcher-deli caterer, a bakery tea room, a grocery store, a press, a clothing store, a post office, restaurants. on the beach huts rent mattresses
possibility also to rent boats canoes etc ...
there is a water ski and jet ski area
saint Cyprien is near the beaches of palombaggia and santa julia
you can make beautiful walks in the mountains near Bavella needles
it is also nice to swim in the fresh water torrents
You can go for walks with city bikes available to you
a golf course welcomes you a few kilometers
nearby you can also do some climbing, zip lining or canyoning as well as horse riding on the hill or on the beach etc ...
The city of Porto Vecchio a dozen kilometers is pleasant to walk for shopping.

Well equipped holiday house

The property is located in a private area of many single houses as this one. The area is suitable for children, clean, quiet. We liked the swimming pool. The kitchen is equipped with all kinds of cooking utilities and a grill is available in the outside area. Two bicycles available for us. Generally we liked the accommodation and the description in the listing was precise. Be prepared that English language will not help you much, only to negotiate really rudimentary topics. It seems that during the summer essentially every evening there was some live music in the nearby restaurants, but they are not loud and always quit at ~2230. We did not attend the evening restaurants as we were with small children. The only imprecision in the description of the listing was that the location published in the listing was approx 200m from the beach, whereas in the reality it was approx 600m.

Eine super schöne Unterkunft, bestens ausgestattet und mit einer tollen Lage. 10 Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand und in die Ortschaft! Schöne Ausflugsziele sind ebenfalls gut zu erreichen!

Das Haus hat das gehalten was versprochen, es ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und läßt k eine Wünsche offen. Die Übergabe war problemlos obwohl wir sehr spät ankommen sind. Der Pool war direkt gegenüber und sehr schön mit Liegen und Sonnenschirmen. Der Strand ist zu Fuß in 10 Min zu erreichen die Bucht ist wirklich sehr schön mit kristallklaren Wasser. Auch der Ort San Cypriano ist sehr gemütlich und authentisch. Wir kommen gerne wieder.La maison a tenu ses promesses, elle est meublée avec goût et ne laisse rien à désirer. La remise a été facile même si nous sommes arrivés très tard. La piscine était juste en face et très agréable avec des transats et des parasols. La plage est accessible à pied en 10 minutes, la baie est vraiment belle avec une eau cristalline. La ville de San Cypriano est également très accueillante et authentique. Nous serions ravis de revenir.

Beau logement bien équipé et soigné. Belle terrasse équipée pour dîner confortablement. Au calme, avec un accès à la piscine et à 10/15 min à pied environ de la plage de Saint Cyprien. Le logement dispose de tout le nécessaire pour passer de bonnes vacances dans le confort. Nous le recommandons.

Tolle Ferienwohnung in Nähe von traumhaftem Strand

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung. Der Check in war problemlos, die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Der Pool liegt direkt gegenüber der Wohnung und der wunderschöne Strand ist in ca 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Ferienanlage ist nicht zu groß und im Mai war weder in der Anlage / am Pool noch am Strand viel los. Wir würden jederzeit gerne wieder kommen.

Fantastische Lage!

Das liebevoll eingerichtete Ferienhaus hat alles, was nötig ist für einen entspannten Familienurlaub am Meer. Der Gemeinschaftspool befindet sich gleich gegenüber dem Haus. Das Wasser wurde täglich kontrolliert und die Anlage selbst wirkt sehr gepflegt. Der in Gehweite entfernte Strand ist sauber, nie überfüllt und flachabfallend - ideal mit Kleinkinder! Das Meer ist glasklar und toll zum Schnorcheln! Einige Wassersportaktivitäten werden angeboten. In der näheren Umgebung finden sich einige Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Metzgerei und kleiner Supermarkt). Das hübsche Dorf "Porto-Vecchio" ist in ca. 15 Min. Autofahrt erreichbar. Alles in allem hatten wir einen schönen und erholsamen Aufenthalt in Korsika.

Très bien situé

Logement bien situé dans une résidence calme avec très belle piscine proche commerce et plages. Avons été déçu par le nettoyage du rez-de-chaussée (toiles d’araignée sur plafond et lustre). Chambre et sdb propres. Bonne literie. Bien équipé sauf la machine à laver qui n’essorait pas.

Bonjour Merci pour votre appréciation En ce qui concerne le ménage je verrai la personne qui s en occupe afin que cela ne se reproduise pas mais sachez que les toiles d araignée se forme d un jour à l autre et qu elle viennent dans les maisons saines Pour la machine nous sommes actuellement dans le logement j ai fait trois machines et l essorage se fait très bien vous avez peut être trop chargé le tambour Bien cordialement Gisele

Petite maison très agréable

Bien situé, on peut tout faire à pieds. Tout y est, la maison est très bien équipée. Climatisation, BBQ, cuisine avec tout ce qu'il faut. Douche extérieure. Le séjour s'est parfaitement déroulé. Je recommande !

Perfekte Lage

Nettes Häuschen in sehr gepflegter Anlage. Genau gegenüber vom Eingang zum Gemeinschaftspool. Dieser ausreichend groß auch zum schwimmen und liebevoll angelegt. Alles sehr sauber und ordentlich. Anlage ca. 800 m von einer fantastischen Bucht, nicht überlaufen. Dank der beiden Fahrräder ist man schnell am Strand. Die Einrichtung des Häuschens ist liebevoll und vor allem die Küche mit allem ausgestattet, was man brauchen könnte.

Super séjour

Nous avons passé un super séjour. La location est très bien équipé (ustensile pour le barbecue, jeux de plages...) et très bien situé avec un petit bourg à moins de 10 minutes à pied ou il y a boulangerie, boucherie ,restaurant, supérette et la plage avec les animations nautiques La piscine de la résidence est juste en face du logement. Il y a même 2 vélos pratique pour aller rapidement faire quelques courses. Le petit plus serait d'avoir 4 vélos pour partir en famille.

Haus mit guter Ausstattung, ideal für max. 4 Personen. Anlage mit großem Gemeinschaftspool. Gute Lage, kurze Wege zum Strand und auch zu kleineren Geschäften. Porto Vecchio ist in 10 min. per Auto zu erreichen.

Lovely villa, great location.

We had a very relaxing time at Les Nacres. The villa accommodation was delightful and the pool opposite was a kept clean and not too busy. The gardens around the villa were attractive. The location was great for exploring South Corsican towns beaches and the mountains. The beach at Cala Rossa was very nice and convenient but our favourite was Rodinara where the beach was sheltered and the water was so clear. The villa is close to some really nice restaurants including the Emporium which we would recommend. A most enjoyable place to stay.

Ravi des vacances passées dans cette belle île

Tant pis pour le temps maussade, nous avons malgré tout vu des choses formidables. La location était géniale ( la déco très jolie, la literie très confortable,...). Rien n'y manquait. Nous n'avions pratiquement pas de voisins, donc un calme bien agréable pour se reposer de nos journées bien remplies. Nous retournerons sûrement en Corse pour la découvrir un peu plus 5 jours c'est vraiment trop court. Merci à vous pour nous avoir permis d'effectuer cet agréable séjour.

Alles da, entspannter Urlaub

Betten bequem und schön breit.Ausstattung super, in Küche etc alles was man braucht insbesondere mit 2 Kleinkindern: Bett,Hochstuhl,Treppengitter,Mikrowelle,umzäuntes Grundstück = an alles gedacht.Pool schön,Gartendusche superpraktisch,Terrasse für jede Mahlzeit genutzt.Strandentfernung gut zu Fuss machbar.Bäcker und Einkaufsmarkt,sowie nette Restaurants fussläufig.In der aktuellen Nebensaison schön ruhig, Strand nicht überlaufen und für Kinder und Wassersport perfekt. Zusammengefasst: ein perfekter Ort für einen schönen Urlaub (auch ohne oder mit grossen Kindern,da man dann erst recht die ganzen Kletter-,Wander- und Städchentouren machen kann....wir können es kaum erwarten!!)

Un petit paradis

Idéalement situé à cinq minutes à pied de la plage et des commerces, une résidence cosy, calme et bien aménagée. L'appartement est spacieux avec un extérieur très agréable, et a deux pas de la piscine, décoré avec goût, fonctionnel et bien équipé. Literie de très bonne qualité. Un accueil chaleureux, très bon rapport qualité prix. De nombreuses activités dans le secteur. Nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir!!
