About this property

Comfortable house of 160 m2 with private pool between sea, mountain and river

Residence that can accommodate 6 people in a pretty garden with trees (lemon, mandarin, holm oaks, olive trees…) 15 minutes from the beaches, 10 minutes from the GR 20 trails, at the foot of the natural pools of the Cavu river.
It consists of a double living room, a fully equipped kitchen.  With 2 bedrooms with double beds, a bathroom with shower and separate WC. One of the bedrooms is located upstairs, on the mezzanine. Large convertible sofa with chaise longue in one of the two living rooms.
Comfortable villa:
Mosquito nets, Wifi, TV, Hifi, reversible air conditioning and fireplace.
All linen is included.
Located in a magnificent garden of 1260 m2 not overlooked, hedges and fencing.
A 10m x 4.25m swimming pool with alarm and outdoor shower. 
Two terraces, one adjoining the house with a built-in BBQ, a sunshade and a veranda and the other full sun with deckchairs available. 
Facing south.

A perfect vacation

We had a wonderful vacation in Corsica. The house and the pool were great. The distances to the beach, supermarket, river and excursion destinations were no problem with a car. Absolutely recommended!

Wir haben eine sehr gelungene Urlaubswoche in diesem schön gelegenen Ferienhaus verbracht. Besonders gut hat uns der nicht einsehbare, gepflegte Garten und der tolle Pool gefallen. Das Haus ist trotz angrenzender Straße sehr ruhig gelegen. Die Ausstattung ist vollständig. Manche Haushaltsgegenstände (Messer, Gläser, Tassen) sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen und sollten ausgetauscht werden. Aber das ist nichts was den Gesamteindruck stören würde. Die Strände und ein großer Supermarkt sind mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Die in der Nähe gelegenen Gumpen waren für unsere 3 Kinder ein absolutes Highlight, sodass wir sie gleich zweimal besucht haben. Die Kommunikation mit Sophie hat gut geklappt, auch wenn wir anfangs ein kleines, selbst verschuldetes Problem mit der Bettwäsche hatten. Vielen Dank nochmal für das Entgegenkommen. Insgesamt eine absolute Empfehlung !

A découvrir absolument!!

Notre séjour a été formidable, tant par le professionnalisme de Sophie et de Caroline que par l’endroit . On a eu un excellent accueil , tout c’est magnifiquement passé. La maison se trouve très bien centrée pour les visites de l’île. On reviendra dans votre maison et nous la conseillons vivement à toutes et à tous . Nicolas / Erika

Nous avons passé une super semaine, la maison est très accueillante et bien équipée intérieur comme extérieur. Au calme vue sur la montagne « full détente » on serait franchement bien restés plus longtemps mais toutes les bonnes choses ont une fin. Geschmackvolles Haus in toller Lage

Schönes, persönlich eingerichtetes Haus mit großem, beheiztem Pool, in toller Umgebung. Man kann schöne Ausflüge in die Berge und ans Meer machen. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne einmal wieder! Eine mini Kritik: wir mussten für die Wäsche bezahlen obwohl sie auf der Internetseite als inklusive angegeben war.

Superbe villa.

Belle villa avec une belle piscine, belle randonnée à faire à proximité, la mer est à 15 min en voiture, la literie est confortable. Il manque juste des coussins sur les chaises de jardin ( mal aux fesses ). Location conforme, nous y retournerons avec plaisir. Merci Caro pour ton accueil.

Perfekter Aufenthalt

Wir waren Ende August /Anfang September 2022 in der wunderschönen Villa. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Tolles Haus, gigantischer Garten, grosser Pool. Die Villa ist sehr gepflegt und liebevoll eingerichtet. Wir hatten noch nie so viel und vor allem so schönes Geschirr. Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine, Trockner, Gefrierschrank usw- alles vorhanden. Die Lage ist perfekt für Ausflüge zum Strand, für Wanderungen in den Bergen oder Stadtbesichtigungen (Bonifacio!). In 5 Autominuten ist man im Ort, dort bekommt man alles was man benötigt. Bei Fragen konnten wir uns an unsere Kontaktperson Caroline wenden. Sie stand uns jederzeit zur Verfügung und konnte uns mit wertvollen Tipps weiterhelfen. Ein perfekter Aufenthalt :-)

Très bon séjour

Nous avons passé un bon séjour, la maison est pratique et la piscine avec le jardin très agréable!! La literie est confortable. La résidence se trouve à une vingtaine de minute de porto vecchio. Petit bémol, nous avons juste manqué de torchon, et un ami souhaitai nous faire une surprise en nous livrant du champagne mais la conciergerie n’a pas répondu à sa demande et nous l’a indiqué lors du départ. Sinon tout le reste était à disposition et l’arrivée et le départ se sont fait très bien.
