Overall a wonderful experience. Host was very prompt in answering questions and very helpful. Condo could have provided maybe a few household cleaning products as we were there for 12 days. Other than that, we would definitely be back.

We like the area of NJ but the facility definitely needs updates. The smell of trash/garbage was present when we arrived at the check in area. That smell permeated the whole building. The underground parking made the inside of my vehicle smell, so we parked outside, which was much better.

The suite was lovely and spacious. The gas fireplace was perfect for warming up. The location is on site - great for getting to and from the ski mountain. We were able to get ready in the suite, grab our ski boots and skis from the car, then walk right onto the snow. Also with 2 kids, we were able to take breaks in the comfort of our suite. There is a heated outdoor pool and a hot tub - requires sign up and waiver. With some planning... it can be a great experience (need a quick entrance and exit strategy to not get too cold getting into/out of the pool). Jiji was very responsive when we had any questions or concerns. Note: for cooking there is stovetop and microwave. No oven.

The condo was perfect and exactly what we expected. Jiji was very responsive and helpful. Note that if you have more than 3 people, I'd recommend bringing extra blankets/sheets in case you have to use the trundle bed. The hotel will not provide you with any extra sheets/blankets/towels if you're renting through Airbnb or VRBO.
