This recently redecorated10th floor, 2b/2b (1K, 1Q, 1S pullout sofa) condo unit is on the sunny south side of Towers Grande, a private, secure luxury condo building right on the beach. Views of the Ocean and inter coastal waterway. There are 2 outdoor pools, 2 spas, exercise room, common room with pool table and garage parking. It is centrally located in beautiful Daytona Beach Shores. Daytona has many family friendly attractions (water parks and the manatees) in addition to the Daytona 500 International speedway. Daytona is about 1-1.5 hrs to Kennedy Space Center, St. Augustine, Disney theme parks, Orlando and Jacksonville. WiFi, cable. No pets. 2 week minimum rentals; 1 month minimum during winter months.

Beautiful Beach Vacation

Spent two beautiful weeks in Daytona Beach from the 27th of April to the 11th of May, 2022. Beautiful condo in the Towers Grande Condominium. Very secure property and the condo itself was well equipped with everything you would need. The private balcony offered wonderful views of both the ocean and the intracoastal. Evie was great to deal with. Responded promptly to any questions I had. My only complaint was that I didn’t get to spend enough time in the unit as the weather was so nice. I spent all my time outside. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you Evie
