Clean and cozy condo. The newly refreshed pool and pool deck areas were fantastic. The unit itself was very nice. If you’re a cook like me, kitchen amenities were sparse but adequate.

Perfect for 2 of us for our stay of 9 weeks. Ideally located opposite Publix, close enough to race track, handy to get to St Petersburg IndyCar race and Serbring 12 hours.

Repeat Stay

This is our third time staying in this condo, and it did not disappoint again. The condo was properly cleaned, and although the pool and private beach access was closed, the public beach ramp was conveniently located close by and actually made it easier to take things to the beach! We will be back!

Quiet and comfortable

Great property. Quick response to any questions or problems. Our only issue was taking our luggage up the steps into the main building. We will happily stay here again if the property is available.

Nice view of the beach. Unit was clean. Pool and beach access were closed due to reconstruction, but other beach access was very close. A couple of issues w the unit: front bathroom sink plunger would not raise- sink would not drain and could not use. Also very large front burner stayed at high temp and could not turn down temperature. The cable service on living room tv would just go out while we were watching or "No Signal" would appear when we turned it on. It was sometimes out all evening.

Great Condo

This condo was outstanding and met all of our needs. Most importantly it was very clean. It was very well stocked and even had some beach toys and chairs available to use. The balcony offered great views of the beach and ocean as well as the Halifax River and South Atlantic Avenue. There is some construction going on at the unit oceanfront which was somewhat noisy but it did not take away from our time spent in the condo. Steve was very easy to communicate with and was always very prompt. Really all we could ask for and highly recommended.

Sand Dollar Experience

We had a wonderful time during our stay at the Sand Dollar. The location of the unit was perfect. We loved looking out from the balcony and seeing the ocean and the river. We especially enjoyed having the southern exposure. There were several restaurants that were within walking distance. Although the unit was VERY clean upon our arrival, we gave it 4 stars for cleanliness because both drains in smaller bathroom were somewhat clogged and my husband had to clean them out. We gave 4 stars for location because smaller bedroom window faced the highway and we heard all the traffic noise. We turned on the sound machines and got used to it, but a replacement window is probably in order. The unit was very well equipped with anything we may have needed. I would give the owners 10 stars in their thoughtfulness in preparing the unit.

Very nice condo

We loved the condo! It was very nice and very clean! Stephen is really good with communication and he worked with the office to get us a guest parking pass. My only complaint is you can hear a lot of road noise from the room, but we used fans all week to try to help. Despite the noise, it was a good place to stay!

Beautiful Stay in Daytona

We stayed here for 11 nights at the end of May. Steve was great to deal with and very quick to respond to any questions we had. The place was clean and in a great location with great access to the beach. We didn't use the pool but it looked nice. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and if we come back to Daytona we would stay here again.

Perfect for a quiet beach getaway.

Great property with plenty of space and all of your amenities. The condo is well decorated and updated. Great communication from the owner with an easy check-in. Deck, pool, and hot tub closes at 10:00 and they have rules on top of rules so it is best suited for those who turn in early. Great place to stay if you’re looking to relax without distractions.
