It’s located at the tip of Rum Point, Cayman Islands, and offers spectacular ocean views and immediate beach access from your 40 foot screened beachfront porch just off the living room and master bedroom!

Our appraisal said it was the best unit at The Retreat due to beaches on both sides, views from all living areas, ground floor unit, literally a few steps from the sand. (Most other units have partial views and are not ground level beach access and are attached or above other condos - this one's location and cleanliness is extra special!)

* Deluxe 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom beachfront unit, right on the sand!

* Spacious floor plan, 1767 square feet, and turquoise waters all around. Literally steps from the white sandy beach!

* On the Tip! The only unit that has stunning ocean views from both bedrooms, kitchen, and living areas

* Owners respond almost instantly via email to answer any questions you may have anytime during your stay.

* Wonderfully comfortable, clean, and pristine condo with great great A/C, UNMATCHED views and premier ground floor location that steps out to the beach and water.

Why they chose this property

It’s all beach! Ours is of the only units with views from almost every room! At the tip of two beaches just steps away from the water! Rum Point is off the beaten path and offers breathtaking water all around. This unit's location is exquisite and beach views on two sides. Just open the door and you're at the beach! Our guests come back year after year and book early because we fill up! The best location in Grand Cayman. NO CRUISE SHIP VIEWS EVER IN RUM POINT! It's quiet, remote and dreamy! Not your touristy destination! Excursions leave right from the dock. Stingray city, sunset, cruises, snorkeling tours,etc.

* Snorkel in your own private beach by stepping out your door. Amazing!

* Unit 23 has a smooth white sandy beach in front for swimming or snorkeling and a rocky beach on the side that's perfect for beachcombing or exploring.

*The Retreat has its own beach and is ideally situated next to Rum Point public Beach where you can hang out at the beach, bar and restaurant, rent jet skis, kayaks, boats, or book excursions. They also have hammocks, food, and amazing cocktails!

*Unit 23 has panoramic views from master bedroom, and full beach views from all living areas.

Most vacation condos are massive buildings with hundreds or thousands of guests, but the Retreat #23 sits right on the sand and our guests step right out to the water. It's very special!
