The GrandView on the Lake is one of the most sought-after condo hotels Chelan has to offer.  This Lake Chelan luxury condo is located near all major Chelan vacation attractions and the Historic downtown main street.  The ideal location for business travel, weekend and week-long getaways, and event lodging.  Walk to dinner, wine tasting, recreation, live music and more! Come Experience the GrandView on the Lake!

Pool is seasonal and weather dependent. We try to have it open early May to early October but dates may vary based on weather.

Upon arrival you will be required to register all guests and cars as well as sign a registration form. If you are under the age of 25 at the time of your reservation, you will also be required to sign a liability form agreeing to our underage policy. Both forms state that any noise complaints, mischievous activity, disrespect of staff and/or other guests or not following property rules will result in immediate eviction with zero refund.

Lake access varies depending on the  season, the lake is generally high enough to access starting mid-June and starts to drain around October. There is year-round beach access 200' from the property at the Ranger Station.

Family Summer Vacation

We were rained in for 2 days but we made the best of it in this large home with Grandkids and kids. Quiet neighborhood, close to everything and the casino. The house was clean and organized. Great safe place to walk with kids.

We had a wonderful time! Although the text was honest about limited view from the room, the pictures were somewhat misleading and fairly easy to miss that your view is a parking lot. But nice room, clean, loved the pool and location

Overall pretty good stay. Listing makes it seem a lot bigger than it actually is. Sofa couch was so uncomfortable!! And beds made so much noise otherwise pretty good

The unit was clean and accommodating, one of the issues we found was no metal grilling utensils, room 305 and 305A are completely different as far as expecting a water view. No washer and dryer in the unit so checkout list was not reflective on what to do with towels and blankets if it didn’t have a unit. Freezer is nothing- super small might fit a frozen personal pizza in it. So don’t pack without a cooler. The room overall was great though just small hiccups we weren’t aware of.

On the check-in form that you signed at check-in, it says for check-out keys just need to be returned for departure. The listing for this unit should have stated no washer and dryer, and mini fridge. This unit doesn't have a kitchen so no cookng utensils are provided.

305A non view room

The room was perfect for our family of 4. The beds were comfortable and there was a fridge to chill food and drinks. I’m giving a 4/5 for cleanliness due to the AC unit filters being clogged with dust and hair and very noisy as well as hairs on the bathroom floor and baseboards upon arrival. We would come again and enjoyed the location to downtown and the pool!

Great Location - Very Soft Beds

The one serious flaw with this unit, for us, were the beds. They are very soft, like sleeping in a hammock. Maybe that's your style, not ours. Otherwise, the unit is nice enough. The location is great, within walking distance of restaurants. It is quite large. Didn't matter for the two of us, but for families this would be nice.

Comfortable Place to Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Grandview is in a great location right on the lake. The unit we stayed in was quite comfortable, although it does not have a lake view. The unit was spacious and clean. It would have been nice if the unit had a coffee table or end tables by the sofa so one could do some work and set down a beverage. A bar sink by the microwave would have been nice too. However, these are quite minor items and overall we were very happy with our stay. The management staff was extremely helpful and provided great service.
