This quiet dead-end location is featured on the electric bike tour. Enjoy five Southshore wineries within 1.5 miles. Bear Mountain Golf is 2 miles up the hill. Full kitchen that is well stocked, coffee starters, spices, and a dining table for three. Comfy modern living room with a flat-screen TV, pull-out queen sleeper couch, wi-fi, and an electric fireplace to set the mood. Chill on the lake view patio, furnished with Adirondack chairs, a patio set, and a BBQ. This daylight basement apartment is all yours. Private swimming access is available for guests only. I purchased the home built by my dad here where my family has owned the adjoining lakefront property for 50 years. I grew up summering, water skiing, and swimming in Lake Chelan. We did a complete renovation in 2020 of the 1980s home. Now it's my passion to share this beautiful spot on Lake Chelan with other sun and water lovers.

A close 5 minutes to downtown provides great access to the waterslides, salmon fishing, wine tasting, paddleboard, and kayak rentals.
