Grandview #306A - This condo is a beautifully appointed, third floor condo (no view). Enjoy two queen beds and a sofa bed, TV/Cable, refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker.

The GrandView on the Lake is one of the most sought-after waterfront condo hotels Chelan has to offer.  This Lake Chelan luxury condo is located near all major Chelan vacation attractions and the Historic downtown main street.  The ideal location for business travel, weekend and week-long getaways, and event lodging.  Walk to dinner, wine tasting, recreation, live music and more! Come Experience the GrandView on the Lake!

Pool is seasonal and weather dependent. We try to have it open early May to early October but dates may vary based on weather.

Upon arrival you will be required to register all guests and cars as well as sign a registration form. If you are under the age of 25 at the time of your reservation, you will also be required to sign a liability form agreeing to our underage policy. Both forms state that any noise complaints, mischievous activity, disrespect of staff and/or other guests or not following property rules will result in immediate eviction with zero refund.

Lake access varies depending on the  season, the lake is generally high enough to access starting mid-June and starts to drain around October. There is year-round beach access 200' from the property at the Ranger Station.

Grandview Stay

Property was as expected and a great location for walking into town. I would say that the carpet should be replaced - it was very dirty and no one in our family wanted to have bare feet on it. Most of the places at the Grandview have hardwood-like flooring.

Great Location Needs and Update

Had a great weekend, perfect location easy walk to shops and restaurants…but there were a few minor maintenance issues. Toilet needed some love and the mattresses need updating. Overall we’d stay here again.

Chelan summer 2019

We loved our studio condo. Our last morning the shower handle broke off. The property immediately addressed the issue and upgraded us to a larger unit to accommodate us for our final night. We had an excellent stay.

Close to restaurants. Room was just ok. Not great! Rug was soiled and dirty. Had small bugs crawling on the ceiling and on the walls near the beds. Was not happy with the condo. Also, I wasn't told until after I booked the room with my card that it was a non view room. If I would have known that before, I wouldn't have booked it in the first place.. I would not recommend this room to anyone who likes to stay in a nice clean room. Rug needs to be steam cleaned or replace with something else. Was not happy with my stay.

Relaxing sunny weekend

I had an excellent experience with my mom and little sister. It was perfect for all of us because me and my mom could relax in the sun and dip into the lake when we got too hot and my little sister just swam in the pool or lake for the most part. Each of us enjoyed our time. Definitely coming back. Also I can’t sleep in the heat, luckily the AC in the room worked very well. The room was a perfect 63° all weekend so it was splendid sleep.

Way too much space for myself, but im really not complaining. The way they make you feel secure and safe was the best part. I usually travel alone so this was huge. Clean room! Awesome pool area! Great staff!!

Good location, but crummy place

Accommodations were in poor repair and the condo smelled bad. The rugs were in terrible shape. There were crumbs on the counter when we arrived, so they clearly weren't sanitizing between customers. I will not be renting here again.

Dresser drawers were broken. Rolled up carpet left in corner of room.
