You don't get a second chance to make a first impression.

Scott, the owner of the condo, is one of the most professional individuals my wife and I had the pleasure of meeting. We stayed for 5 months in the condo and enjoyed every minute of it. It was clean, well maintained and if we needed Scott for anything he was just a phone call away. The condo is centrally located and not more than 5 minutes from anything you need. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a rental in Scottsdale.

Outstanding vacation!

Scott & Lana went out of there way to take great care of us. A beautiful home with everything you need to have a special vacation. Absolutely incredible setting for our month’s stay! My wife swam everyday in the beautiful pool!

We stayed here for the 3rd year and continue to love everything about it.The hosts are very timely on communication and handling one very minor issue.We will be going to a larger place next year and cannot speak more highly about our stay at this property.

Just Right

Scott's townhome was just right for my 3 month stay after I sold my house. I had everything I needed & was very comfortable. The myriad of nearby walking trails was handy as was the grocery store. With the deep colors of the McDowell Mountains at sunset it was hard to choose between the balcony or the patio. I was even able to set up a mini home office in the den. No complaints, only compliments on this lovely townhome. You won't regret your decision to stay at Scott's place!

We were very pleased with the condo in Scottsdale.It was exactly as shown in the pictures. It has a very convenient location which allows you to walk to restaurants,grocery stores etc.Scott was great to work with as he greeted us on arrival to show us everything about the place. We have already rented it for next year.
