This light and bright end unit townhome is perfect for any time of year is presented by Elite Vacation Rentals. Miller and Thomas roads, close to everything. Walking/Canal Trails right across the street. Bikes, Scooters and more available right on the corner. Gated Community entrance then into your own private direct access one car garage. This 2 story townhouse has all living on one floor after your assent from the garage. Remodeled with all new flooring, new paint, granite and more. Great room with a working fireplace and vaulted ceilings. A dining room connected to the open concept kitchen and great room. Step outside to your private patio and enjoy the foliage for drinks or coffee in the am. The 2 bedrooms are located just down the hall.
