Welcoming house, soberly furnished and very comfortable, with two bedrooms and bathroom with Italian shower, open kitchen overlooking the living-dining room. All perfectly equipped with air conditioning.
On the front and the rear is two garden terraces. The front of the house has a shady awning. Rooftop solarium with all the garden equipment and barbecue.
Unheated swimming pools can only be used from April to the end of October or November depending on the weather. the big pool (calle Salvadore) is supervised by a lifeguard in July and August

THE END-OF-STAY CLEANING FEE (75€) AND SUPPLY + WASHING LINEN/ HOUSE LINEN (20€) ARE TO BE PAID UPON ARRIVAL IN CASH TO THE HOUSEKEEPER. ELECTRICITY AND WATER CHARGES WILL BE PAID TO THE HOUSEKEEPER IN CASH ON THE DAY OF DEPARTURE, AMOUNT DEPENDING ON YOUR CONSUMPTION ON METERS READING.

The beaches of La Zenia and Playa Flamenca are 4 and 5 km from the house. The city of Torrevieja is 12 kms. Do not miss the heart of Villamartin with its many restaurants and entertainment. Supermarkets are close to the rental (5 to 10 minutes walk), not to mention many regional markets in the area, and one of the largest shopping centers in Europe called La Zénia to see absolutely!
Tourism: Murcia, Cartagena, Alicante, the nature park of La Matta, the salt of Torrevieja and hiking in the surrounding Sierras and their villages. Sun and heat guaranteed nearly all year. I have many other suggestions of visits, ask to me for it
