September stay

We stayed at this apartment for four weeks during September / October 2024. The apartment is spacious, comfortable and has everything that you need for an enjoyable holiday. The area is excellent and is ideally located for shops, restaurants and bars as well as the numerous lovely local beaches. We had a great time and hope to return in the near future.

We stayed in a very nice apartment in a great location just 10 minutes drive from the beaches and 10 minute walk to the bars and restaurants. The apartment was just what we required and had a lovely swimming pool. Would reccommend for anyone wanting to be near beaches and golf courses. Regards Keith Cottrell

Appartement ok, beddegoed onhygiënisch, incompleet servies, slechte tv ontvangst etc.

We hebben de beheerder geinformeerd, hij bracht nieuwe pannen; de beschermende baklaag was stuk. Mankementen benoemd, zijn reactie was dat alles oud was en daarom ook een lage huurprijs. Bijvoorbeeld de klok was stuk, noemde hij een aankleding. Bankbekleding stuk wat gemaskeerd wordt met een doek. Geen Nederlandse tv ontvangst, servies incompleet, geizer gaf af en toe kortstondig warm water, vuile matrasbeschermers, dunne matrassen. s

Bonjour, La casserole avait juste une légère griffe et malgré tout nous avons immédiatement acheté une nouvelle pour la remplacé. L'eau chaude n'a jamais posé de problème à personne: je l'utilise moi-même à chaque fois que j'y vais. Le boiler est neuf. La télé a des centaine de chaîne, y compris des chaînes néerlandaise. Vous ne m'avez jamais parlé de ce problème. Le canapé est un peu usé: il sera changé d'ici peu. Je suis extrêmement déçu par vos commentaire malgré tous nos efforts pour vous satisfaire.

Basale inrichting, minder goed beddengoed en bedden, gedateerd. Onerlakens waren niet gewassen. Warm water douche staakt soms na paar minuten, dan geizer te recetten...Skaileren bankbekleding is afgesleten en wordt verhuld door er een doek erover te leggen. Bidet functioneer onvoldoende. Bestek en pannen waren niet schoon.functineert niet naar behoren. Wonnkompleet

Séjour agréable en bordure des terrains de golf.

Nous avons passé quelques semaines dans l' appartement d' Antoine et Vinciane. Il est situé en bordure du canal et des terrains de golf. L' endroit est calme tout en étant proche de toutes les commodités utiles pour agrémenter le séjour. Le logement est spacieux, propre, convivial et suffisamment bien équipé pour des vacances longue durée comme les nôtre. L' annonce détaillée sur Abritel correspondait à nos attentes et était exacte par rapport à ce que nous avons trouvé sur place. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir pour d' autres vacances si l' occasion se présente.

A lovely comfortable first floor 3 bedroom apartment only 10 minutes walk to restaurants, bars and supermarkets. It is a 15 minute drive to the beaches.

Another stay and a great time again

Same high standard as per previous stays (reviews). Las Ramblas is a lovely place with plenty to do. Great eateries and entertainment in La Fuente. Not too far from beaches and La Zenia Boulevard. I’d recommend a car. Just a special note to the property managers who were brilliant when required.

Superbe location

Location très propre et très spacieuse. Une location très bien équipée avec deux salle de bain ce qui est très pratique. Des chambres spacieuse avec ce qu’il faut. Une climatisation dans chaque pièce, ce qui est très agréable. Proche de la mer à 10 minutes en voiture, les centres commerciaux, et les supérettes.

Great place in a lovely environment

This is the second year in a row that we have stayed in this apartment and we thoroughly enjoy it. It is pretty spacious and caters for all our needs. The property management team were extremely nice and helpful upon arrival and during our stay. It has a lovely well maintained pool which suits all ages. The local bars and restaurants at 'La Fuente' are second to none. We'll definitely be back again.

A very nice apartment!
