The Ventura 101 freeway is 5 minutes away. Going North on the 101 you will be in Ventura , Ojai or Santa Barbara in no time at all .Going South you will arrive in Camarillo, Thousand Oaks or Malibu in 30 minutes or less.

Downstairs we have a master bedroom with a king sized bed , hardwood floors and an attached tub/shower combination bathroom with tile flooring. The 2nd bedroom downstairs has a king sized bed hardwood floors and a deck overlooking the courtyard & jacuzzi .
