Contemporary, and luxurious beach home on Silverstrand beach. This beautiful ocean front home has amazing floor to ceiling glass doors, with spectacular ocean, and mountain views . The beautiful interior is open, and spacious with Mahogany floors, and handmade Persian rugs. All the countertops are natural stone, and ceilings, and walls feature a Venetian plaster detail. The kitchen is equipped with Subzero and Wolf appliances, and two large flat screen T.V.s. Three bedrooms with 3 king size beds and three and a half bathrooms, and a hot outdoor shower. Walk to the beach over dry sand beach.Very quiet, and private home. Visit nearby beautiful nearby towns, such as Malibu, Santa Barbara, and Ojai. World class surfing out front. 4 car driveway parking.
