2100 square feet of luxury in a log home built in 2016 with gourmet kitchen, 2 master suites and a bunk room that sleeps 4. There are 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, large gourmet kitchen with all amenities, large dining room with an equally large table, wonderful exterior covered patio with comfy rocking swivel chairs, porch swing with mountain view, and large lawn surrounding the home. Beautiful, comfortable home with high ceilings, hardwood floors, granite countertops, and an amazing view. There is a deep tub, leather captain's chairs, and comfy sofa. A custom rock fireplace with glass doors on the firebox. A million dollar home with a million dollar view. This is our private home which we wish to share with those who will appreciate it.
We cannot accommodate more than 8 guests.

We are 70 years young and Katie grew up in Idaho and Tom is a native of California. We have 4 daughters and 9 grandchildren. We love our family get away house in the Sawtooth mountains where Katie spent all her summers as a child.

Why they chose this property

We started building our home in 2015. We built it ourselves (we are a retired builder and a retired architectural designer) and we finished it in 2019. It is built with handcrafted 12" logs and has a king log in the center of the house that is approximately 24" wide. The main floor ceiling is white-washed knotty pine and the bedroom and bathroom doors and custom kitchen are all Knotty Alder. We spent many hours making every detail perfect. We are very proud of our beautiful home and hope you will enjoy it too.

What makes this property unique

Our logs are handcrafted, in others words, the bark was removed from each log by hand. There are no vertical seams in our logs. Some of our logs are over 30 ft long. It's truly a unique cabin with porches on 3 sides. It was designed by Katie and built by Tom.
