The home features an “upside down” layout, meaning the kitchen and living area are on the upper level. You’ll find 4 bedrooms in total, with sleeping for 10 in beds. An additional small, quasi- bedroom allows you to sleep 12 in total. The huge, open kitchen/living areas offers ample space for gatherings, and off of that space is a sliding door to a deck with ocean views.
