Master bedroom has a smart TV, a private bathroom, walk in shower. 4 bedrooms with queen beds and two with full size beds and ceiling fans, room darkening blinds. Central Air Condition with Mini Splits allowing climate control cooling.

The neighborhood is child-friendly! There's a park with playscape, swings, basketball and tennis courts. One can walk to the private part of Scarborough Beach where alcoholic beverages are permitted and water sports & fishing or to the state beach where there are lifeguards and a concession area. Once on the beach the walk is short to both beach areas.
Guests will enjoy the relaxing atmosphere of our immaculate upscale, home. This home is a short walking distance to Scarborough State Beach and a car ride to Roger Wheeler State Beaches. It's a short car ride to the Port of Galilee, Narragansett Pier and Block Island Ferry. The area has golf, mini golf, go-carts, batting cages, roller skating, water sports, wind surfing, jet skiing, boating, fishing, canoeing, kayaking, and much more. The OPTION of linen and towel rental is available for the week - items are delivered prior to your arrival time and removed at week's end by a professional for an additional fee. Leave home as neat as possible remove all belongings and check dryer. Secure all beach items in the garage
Leave the two pillows and light summer blanket in each room do not remove them from home. Check out is 10am sharp thank you for traveling with me.

This is a great house! It has everything you need to be your "home away from home" while enjoying beautiful Narragansett. We would definitely stay there again. Debbie was a terrific host, easy to reach, and was very responsive to providing additional details and answering questions.

We had an excellent time staying here. Each room had its own split unit Central AC, large family room open to kitchen and 3 full baths. Best part of the stay was the property manager Debbie. She was excellent at communicating with us and was very helpful on local information!

A very nice neighborhood near to the Scarborough Beach. Generally a quiet neighborhood but a few fast cars driving through. Liked the short walk to the playground and tennis court. House had everything we needed.

The house I rented was excellent with 6 bedroom and 3 bathrooms. The space was perfect for my family. Everything was in good working condition..grill, washing machine, dishwasher. Perfect for family vacation!!!

This is a great house and comfortable for the 7 of us staying for the week. Nice open concept kitchen area with plenty of space for prepping , cooking and socializing. Wonderful vacation home!

I cannot speak highly enough about our experience in this home. After years of vacationing at the Outer Banks of NC, it has been tough to find a place for our multigenerational gathering that met our expectations. This Scarborough Beach home; however, met our beach desires. The home was exceptionally well appointed, and the 6 bedrooms and 3 baths accommodated everyone. The walk (or drive) to the beach was easy and the facilities at the beach were perfect for people if different ages and abilities. We are so grateful to have found this place and hope to return!

Great experience!

The property was very clean when we arrived. Everything was as described in the listing and everything worked properly. We especially liked the layout because we had young children that went to bed in the early evening. We were able to be in the living space upstairs without disturbing the sleepers on the bottom floor. Debbie is attentive and maintains the property very well. We had no issues at all. The location is great with an easy walk to the beach and playground.

Nice area

This was our first time vacationing in Rhode Island. We have vacationed in the Outerbanks fur many years so this was a huge change for us. House was clean and as described. Showers were very small but manageable. Kitchen was well equipped. Owner/property manager checked in to see if we needed anything. Red Algae in the ocean was an issue a couple of days (not harmful, just gross). Overalll, a good rental i would recommend.

Great family vacation

We enjoyed our week at the house. The fact that there were 6 bedrooms was a real highlight since it made it possible for each couple and each kid to have their own room. The a/c was a big plus and new kitchen appliances and some great pots and pans made food preparation easier. We wish that the house was a little closer to the beach, but we knew from the listing that it would be a 15 minute walk or a short drive so we really have no valid complaint about that, especially since the State beach was great. Deborah provided good advice and assistance. I would recommend the house to anyone heading to Narragansett.

Substitute property

We did not stay at the above listed property. About a week before we were scheduled to stay at the above property we had to call Debbie to report that due to Covid my wife and I would not be able to go to the reserved property but that the rest of our family were still interested in going. Debbie told of us of another property that would be available 2 weeks later. We checked with the rest of our family and it was agreed we'd go then. The above ratings I gave are for the substitute property. I cannot say enough hoe helpful Debbie was. I also contacted her about another issue....our granddaughters dog had gotten significantly injured requiring surgery. The kennel she had planned on putting her dog in would not accept the dog because of its injuries. I asked Debbie if she would allow us to bring the dog with us to the property and she said yes. We are so grateful Debbie is the person we could work with.

Eastward Look

Our family of 6 adults and 5 children had a great week. The house was spacious enough, had adequate hot water, had good A/C, had enough room at the dining room table, and enough kitchen supplies for all of us. The beds were comfortable even though they did not look like they would be. But it did not get a 5 rating from us because the deck table and chairs were so big that we could not use the deck, there was no outdoor shower and the hose did not have a nozzle, and we arrived to no toilet paper. Debbie was very available, though, and did bring us 2 emergency rolls until we could get to the store the next morning.

Relaxing week at the beach

My family enjoyed a wonderful week at this property. The check-in process was easy. The owner called me the morning of about a small issue with the AC that was promptly taken care of in a day or two and it did not effect our stay at all. She texted with suggestions on things to do and responded to questions in a timely manner. The house was the perfect size for all of us (10), we did not feel cramped at all. We all enjoyed our week away! We Would definitely recommend staying here to anyone interested.

This is our 7th year staying in Narraggsnsett but our 1st time at this home.

The home had everything we needed. The rooms were large and comfortable. My husband & I enjoyed having 2 closets, a TV and a Bathroom our bedroom. The open floor plan was fantastic with our family. Easy walk to the beach and I really loved working with the home owner, Debbie. She was fantastic!!

Family get together fun

Our group came from CA, FL, NH, NJ, MA and RI. some guests stayed the week but most were in and out for a day, or night. It was great to see each out and enjoy the beach. The Main room was fantastic for lots of people to gather and re-unite after a year and a half of Pandemic. Thank you for a wonderful vacation.
