The updated kitchen features granite countertops and opens to a spacious dining area—ideal for both casual meals and entertaining. As you step inside, you’ll find a long, inviting living room with plenty of seating, free Wi-Fi, and DIRECTV for your entertainment.

The home is tiled throughout, except in the cozy bedrooms, and includes a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo and all the essentials.

Load and start the dishwasher

Strip any used beds and gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys

Please remove all linens ( except for comforters and sham ) and put in the washing machine start

Please empty the fridge and take all extra items with you or put the outside trash

Please sign the guest book and look us up on our return trip!!

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Empty fridge before leaving.

Strip All Dirty towels and sheets ( not comforters or shams ) and put in washer and start before you leave

Take all Trash to Garbage can which is in alley behind the house

This is our 2nd stay & coming out for a 3rd time soon! Beautiful, quite, relaxing & would not want to stay anywhere else. We're 30-40mins in any direction to visit our family! Also, would recommend burritos at "Barista Del Barrio"!

Yuko - Born and raised in Japan until Junior High, went to High school and college in Tucson Az. Just started my apt in Fukuoka as rental via vacation renting, for I plan on returning to Arizona here in the near future, though Fukuoka will always be "home". Keeping my place there keeps me connected for when I return, Which will be 2-3 times annually. Very much a people person, and this is rather fun..:)

Together - We make a great team and We look forward to meeting more people hosting people from all over the world.

Why they chose this property

We love this neighborhood for its charm - local park, great neighbors, quietness! It so centrally located to EVERYTHING worth doing in Tucson!!! Reid Park - 5 min - Downtown - 7 min - Hiking 10 min - Sprouts / Whole Foods / Frys - 5 min. And ..... Great Restaurants Within 5 !! This is a very nostalgic neighborhood that has been around since the 1940's. It is very well established and there are a lot of very eclectic southwestern homes in the area. It really feels like the Old Pueblo part of Tucson!

Public transportation is close as well as a cute little neighborhood park is right around the corner. If you have a chance, take a walk or bike ride around the Peter Howell neighborhood we are a part of and enjoy all the beautiful homes. (It is a very lovely neighborhood).
