Great time

we had a great time with our family group of 7. The check i process was very smooth and Alex was helpful in booking a few great excursions. The house itself was incredible with a beautiful pool and scenery.

Excellent property!

We had a simply wonderful stay at Casa Carpe Diem. The location is very good. Super close to a bus stop that takes you into Manuel Antonio, to the beach, national park, tons of restaurants. Bus also goes to Quepos.Alex is super helpful with outings, Sandra does an amazing job cleaning daily, the pool is great. Tons of wildlife.

Beautiful

We were met by the property manager, who was very friendly, helpful and gave us tips on what to do and where to eat. Property was very private, clean and up to date. Location was PERFECT! Easily assessable by foot to restaurants, grocery stores and shopping, but tucked away so you did not hear the traffic. Would highly recommend this home!

Amazing experience.

We loved Carpe Diem for our 5 night stay in Antonio Manuel. The house has a large central space for everyone to convene and spend time together. The patio and pool deck are amazing. I’m an early riser and watched the sunset and was visited by monkeys, makaws, and Cappi barras. We loved the location being in the heart of the village so I could walk to the store for eggs. Milk, coffee and fruit in the morning and to restaurants for dinner. Carpe Diem is a wonderful house that comfortable slept seven of us, and Alex and his team were kind and helpful. We are recommending it to our friends.

Great house in a great location

Casa Carpe Diem was the perfect vacation stay for our nine days in Manuel Antonio. The house was beautiful and well located to allow us to take advantage of all that the area offered. Alex, our property manager and concierge, arranged amazing activities for our extended family of 9 people and was always accommodating for meeting our requests. No detail was too small for Alex's attention. We enjoyed the wonderful outdoor pool and the expansive common areas of the house where our family could gather or find a corner to hide away! We took advantage of the private chef service that Alex arranged and the food was delicious. The house was also so convenient for getting to the beach - just a very short walk to the bus stop for a quick ride down the hill to the beach. Everyone in our family group (we ranged in age from 11 to 75) thought it was our best family vacation ever!

Absolutely Beautiful

Alex and his staff do an amazing job keeping this home clean and beautiful. Having housekeeping services throughout our stay was such a wonderful surprise! The beds are so comfortable and we had everything we needed. Great location a bit busy but near to restaurant and groceries stores and close to the beach too! Loved it! Alex was quick to respond to our questions or inquiries. The only thing was the bedroom by the front it could use a sound barrier wall. Too much noise at night and maybe some fresh paint. Either way thanks Alex! We would definitely come back!

Amazing Getaway

We had an amazing stay at Carpe Diem. The property was as lovely as the pictures. It was very private even though you are off a road. The house was very clean and well stocked. The view from the back deck area was incomparable and a lovely way to wake up in the morning. The housekeeper was a sweet and wonderful woman who even did our laundry! The property manager Alex was a godsend who arranged transport from the airport and make great recommendations on restaurants, things do and tours to take. Make sure you utilize his knowledge, you will not regret it. The only area I would suggest some improvement is the outside apartment, it was noisy due to the road traffic. If you need the 5th room make sure it is someone who is a heavy sleeper! I would highly recommend the property to anyone who wants to stay in the area.

An Awesome Vacation!

I had booked Casa Carpe Diem for a vacation that I was planning for seven of my cousins and myself. The location, space, and reviews all helped in making our decision to book this spot. We are so thrilled we did! The home is even more gorgeous in person. It had all of the amenities we needed included a washer/dryer which is super handy. We booked the Chef Glenda and her and her assistant was AMAZING! The food was delicious and we were never disappointed. We all arrived way later than anticipated and they were there to make sure our dinner was ready for us even at 1am. Lastly Alex our Concierge here was extremely helpful and always available if we needed anything. He welcomed us when we arrived and sent us off in the early morning when we left. Even before we arrived Alex ensured everything was set up for our trip and provided me with all of the information that we would need. Overall it was an all-star experience and I and the group would love to return anytime and hope to!

Everything about this stay was exceptional. Alex went above and beyond to support us during our stay from his work as a concierge, manager and expertise of the island. Such a memorable experience with our family. The house was absolutely beautiful and in a perfect location. We could not believe all the animals we constantly saw- all 3 types of monkeys, an iguana, macaws. We saw more animals than we did going to Manuel Antonio national park. We don’t often go to the same place twice but would love to return to this home. Highly recommend!!
