With 6 bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms, and space for up to 16 guests, this home is perfect for large families, retreats, reunions, and multi-family vacations.

Because of the villa’s unmatched proximity to the National Park, you can expect daily wildlife encounters—including monkeys, sloths, toucans, macaws, and more!

On-Site Housekeeper (Monday–Saturday)
The property has a professional housekeeper on-site Monday through Saturday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
The housekeeper is present for routine cleaning, laundry, and property operations. Guests should expect staff presence on the property during these hours.
Privacy is always respected.

🐒 Daily Wildlife & Jungle Views

The villa borders the Manuel Antonio National Park—expect monkeys, toucans, sloths, butterflies, coatis, macaws, and vibrant jungle life.
Note: Because the home is integrated into nature, sightings of insects (ants, mosquitoes, spiders) or occasional wildlife are normal in Costa Rica.

📜 House Rules

Signed rental agreement with names/ages + photo ID required within 24 hours. Primary renter must be 25+. No unregistered guests.

$500 Security Deposit Hold + $37 admin fee. Quiet hours 8 PM–6 AM.

Guests must lock all doors/windows when leaving the villa.

Power outages can occur during heavy rain—this is normal for Costa Rica. Flashlights provided. No refunds for acts of nature.

Bedrooms have AC—doors must remain closed and AC must not run while unoccupied.

Third-party travel insurance is required for cancellations outside our policy.

Pre-arrival guest verification via Truvi is required

No pets, smoking, loud music, commercial photography, parties, or events.
