Spacious living areas with 55" Roku TV that has local and lots of premium (HBO, Showtime, Starz, etc.) channels. Professional karaoke system installed for your enjoyment! Fully equipped kitchen with breakfast area and larger communal eating area that sits 12. Lots of room to spread out indoors and out. Single story house but the family/dining room has a small step down from the kitchen or bedroom wing. LARGE SWIMMING POOL in huge, landscaped back yard to lounge, hang out and play on the BRAND NEW PUTTING GREEN, or play ping pong on the full-size table set up in the garage. 7-seat JACUZZI (TM) HOT TUB! We moved to San Antonio after John retired from the military in 2003 and have happily called it home since. You could say we're not from here but got here as soon as we could. We hope you enjoy our home.

Why they chose this property

This is a beautiful home that sleeps 12 comfortably, not including the use of two large sofas. It is in the heart of the city but you would think you were in the suburbs because the neighborhood is so quiet and the lots are so large. Virtually everything in the city is less than 15-20 minutes away. For those aspiring singers, we have installed a professional karaoke system for hours of enjoyment. For anyone who just has to have that warm hydrotherapy in the evenings (or in the mornings), we have installed a 7-person Jacuzzi hot tub to complement the large pool.

What makes this property unique

A beverage on one of the backyard patios with a meal cooking on the outdoor grill watching your loved ones enjoy the large yard and pool makes it all worth it. Grocery stores are about a mile away in two different directions, movie theaters and mall are less than 5 minutes away. There's something for everyone very close to this home.
