We had a nice stay. It was 30 minute walk to the riverwalk. The property was nice and clean. We had plenty of room.

lovely visit

We totally enjoyed our stay in San Antonio. The house was super clean and Paulina was above and beyond accommodating to our group. Ubers are readily available from the home location.

***Dangerous area***The home is not within reasonable walking distance of the Riverwalk. It is also located in a dangerous area that is not safe to walk through. We had a stolen motorcycle found in the garage of the attached unit 2 nights before we were supposed to check out, and the police officer told us that the crime in the area was very high and that he would not allow his family to stay there. After researching crime statistics for the area we saw what he meant- and spent the night with locked bedroom doors and chairs placed up against the door. My husband spent the entire night on the couch trying to stay awake and I slept in the room with our children. If we had not already put the kids to bed after being at their sisters Air Force graduation all day we would have left immediately. As it was, we left the next morning, a day before our reservation was over. The host was aggressive, angry and refused to refund us for the night we were unable to stay due to the danger. She accused me of basically trying to scam her- when she is keeping money for a night we couldn’t stay because we were unwilling to place our children in danger. I’m sure her response to this review will be scathing, but be aware I have nothing to gain from this review, and she has everything to gain by trying to discredit me.

I do not have much to say to you. I have never met a person like this guest. Frustration started before she got in with her messages. As I explained all her, all threats and asking for money to change your review speaks about your character not mine. She is one of those guests that if are a host and read this be careful. This guest was reported and as revenge she wrote this but its under review.

The host was prompt with communication and sent all information where I didn’t have to ask. I arrived to a clean and great space for my family . I would definitely recommend to others. PS . If you could leave extra trash bags for trashcan that would make it perfect ! Thank you for a most smooth process booking , checking in , any questions and checking out !

We were there for Air Force graduation. Good location and clean property. The surrounding area is up and coming, so it looks a little rough around the new builds. I would say a diamond in the rough. Could use a few extra amenities such as garbage bags, laundry pods, etc just to make it over the top. Overall, would stay again.

For the most part all was good. Yet should have had 3 queen beds and one two were there, the other couple had to sleep on twin beds. The tv never worked, like the WiFi was not working. The master bedroom ceiling fan would not stay on. There were no instructions found to find info on the ceiling and tv but nothing found.
