Single-storey apartment for 4

Apartment of 50 m2 walk-in house with independent entrance. The entry of the owners is at the opposite of yours. It consists of a main room combining kitchen, dining room and living room. It has two bedrooms with double bed and a shower room with toilet (macerator) .It has all the amenities (oven, refrigerator, stove). towels, bed linen, tea towels are provided. The apartment has the wiifi and TV. You can park your vehicle at the entrance to the apartment and you can use part of the garden.
Located in a quiet neighborhood, it is close to major cities such as Frejus, Draguignan, Cannes and Nice. The sea is 30 minutes and the first ski resorts to approximately 1:00.
For those who love ballads, the forest is nearby with many hiking opportunities.
The village has a bakery, a butcher, a doctor, a bar, two restaurants and is within two minutes walk. The first typically Provencal villages of Var (Fayence, Seillans, Tourettes, Callian, Montauroux ...) are 10 minutes by car. Fayence: municipal swimming pool.
The plain of Fayence has all the necessary shops (including supermarkets). The first supermarket is 6 minutes by car.

Lovely stay in a pretty village

Property was lovely and quiet. Had eveything we needed for our stay. Was cool as we needed from the air con. Easy walk into the village to get morning croissant. The bathroom was clean and tidy, a little bit dated, but didnt detract from our stay. The rest of the property was great. We love being in local settings. This fitted thr bill perfectly. Good communication. Thanks.

Absolut empfehlenswert!

Die Ferienwohnung hat alles, wirklich alles, was man so braucht. Die Küche ist vollständig eingerichtet, Bettwäsche, Handtücher, alles reichlich vorhanden. Plus einen wunderbaren Blick in die Berge und nachts absolute Ruhe. Die Lage ist ideal für Ausflüge in die Berge und ans Meer. Die Gastgeber beraten gern und sind offen für Fragen, auf englisch war die Verständigung unkompliziert. Das frische Baguette bekommt man nach fünf Minuten zu Fuß beim örtlichen Bäcker. Unser Geheimtipp: Besuch des einzigen kulinarischen Museums Frankreichs in Villeneuve-Loubet. Mit Audioguide ein interessanter Einblick in die Welt der Küchen, untergebracht im Geburtshaus von Auguste Escoffier. Auf dem örtlichen Friedhof findet man auch sein Grab. Unser Dank geht an Véronique und Philippe, wir hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub bei euch!

Je recommande !

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine dans le pays de Fayence ! L'appartement est situé dans un endroit très calme. ! Dans le logement la propreté est irréprochable et les équipements sont nombreux et de qualité (rare d'avoir autant d'ustensiles de cuisine et de vaisselle dans une location de vacances.) Le visites ne manque pas avec les villages alentours (Mons, Seillans, Tourettes, Montauroux...) et le lac de St Cassien est très agréable pour la baignade. La plage de l'américain nous a beaucoup plu. Elle permet de louer des pédalos, paddels et canoë et est a moins de vingt minutes du logement. Nous remercions les propriétaires pour leurs recommandations manuscrites ainsi que pour la bouteille de côtes de Provence dans le réfrigérateur !

Sehr schöne provenzalische Wohnung

Wir waren mit unseren großen Söhnen 1 Woche in der Ferienwohnung und haben es genossen. Es fehlt an nichts in der Wohnung, sie ist hübsch eingerichtet und ideal für 4 Personen. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber. Vor der Wohnungstür bietet sich die Möglichkeit auf den Liegestühlen zu relaxen, auf der Terrasse zu essen oder die Umgebung zu erkunden. Die Vermieter sind sehr unkompliziert, freundlich und zuvorkommend. Sie wohnen im selben Haus, aber der Eingang liegt auf der anderen Seite, so dass beide Seiten ungestört sind. Die Region bietet viele Möglichkeiten, angefangen von ausgedehnten Wanderungen über Strandtage bis zu Besichtigungen vieler schöner Städte! Sehr zu empfehlen!

Nous avons passé quelques journées agréables à Saint-Paul en Forêt, d'ou nous avons pu facilement rayonner pour visiter les environs. Nous avons été accueillis avec beaucoup de gentillesse et prévenance par les propriétaires. L'appartement est très fonctionnel et la région superbe!

Wir haben leider nur 6 Tage in der Ferienwohnung von Veronique verbracht, uns in dieser Zeit aber sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung war absolut sauber, die Matratzen bestens und die Ausstattung mit Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine bis zu Bügeleisen und Bügelbrett haben wir sehr zu schätzen gewußt. Die Gastgeber waren sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit.Sie stellten uns ausführliches Kartenmaterial für unsere Wanderungen in der Umgebung zur Verfügung. Von der Wohnung aus waren viele Gebiete zum Wandern und die Küste gut zu erreichen.Wir würden die Wohnung jederzeit weiterempfehlen.

Merci pour vos commentaires. Reiner et son épouse sont très sympathiques; ils sont discrets et papotent facilement. La communication s'est faite aisément et a suscité beaucoup de sourires, notre anglais à chacun étant scolaire. L'appartement était très propre à leur départ. C'est un couple que nous recevrons encore avec plaisir et que nous recommandons fortement.
