Grand 2 pièces au 3ème et dernier étage dans résidence de grand standing avec piscine ouverte du 1er Mai au 1er octobre dans un parc de 8000m2 dans le quartier Notre-dame au calme en ville à Saint-Raphaël à 200m des commerces de proximité (boulangerie, pharmacie, supérette), 10' à pied (900m) du port de santa lucia avec restaurants et commerces, 10-12' à pied (1km) du centre-ville, de la plage de sable du Veillat et de la gare TGV, 20' à pied de la crique du Fournas. Vue mer au calme sur la terrasse de 15m2 exposée sud-est. 1 parking extérieur gratuit dans la résidence. Climatisation réversible neuve de décembre 2022. 4G mais pas de wifi, draps non fournis (possibilité de réserver les draps moyennant paiement auprès d'une société que je peux vous indiquer), ménage compris à 60€.

Enjoyed our mini holiday

We spent only 4 nights in this spacey apartment. Everything was very professional from picking up the keys from Praticonsigne to the detailed instructions for how to start our mini holiday here. The host was always available when needed. This clean and well cared for apartment offered a large balcony with beautiful views of the pool (we enjoyed using), sea and surroundings. It was within a short walking distance from the port and restaurants, a thing we appreciated much. The apartment came equipped with everything you needed, only the bed we found too small and the pillows somewhat worn-out. Would warmly recommend especially to the couples who desire to spend carefree holidays near the beach and restaurants.

Very nice apartment in quiet surroundings. Great pool, but you need to bring your own chairs or from the apartment. Ample parking available. 10-15 walking to city centre/beach. Well maintained apartment and AC is working great, also in the bedroom. Contact with the owner was efficient and without issues Some small negative things: - non stick frying pans are not in good shape - beds are quite hard (however, personal preferrence I guess..) - would be good to have a second key, especially since you need a key to leave the property But overall we had a great stay!!!

Nice stay if French local

The apartment is really nice, extremely clean , and perfect if you are French locals with a car. However if you are flying in the country this is not the place to stay. Nothing is provided, no coffee, not even instant, no dish towels, no bath towel, no bath soap etc... Bed sheets are optional for 60 euros. Checkin is a bit complicated, as the key need to be picked up downtown to a place about 15 min walk. And then upon arrival, the place was completely turned off. No electricity, no water, so the fridge was warm, and the apartment really cold. As part of the check in process you will have to turn on all of this, to start your stay. Overall very good listing, but beware if you fly in from overseas, with no rental car.

Merci d'avoir apprécié l'appartement. Comme indiqué dans l'annonce, les draps et les serviettes ne sont pas fournies. Pour mettre l'électricité et l'eau, il suffit simplement d'appuyer sur un bouton et de tourner une manette.

Die Lage war super. Man konnte alles zu Fuß erreichen ( Strand, Busbahnhof, Restaurants).Die Aussicht vom Balkon war fantastisch. Die Kommunikation mit Stephane war einwandfrei. Er hat zügig geantwortet und wir haben eine schnelle unkomplizierte Lösung mit der Schlüsselübergabe gefunden, da wir verkehrsbedingt sehr spät angekommen sind. Ein kleiner Hinweis: das Bad könnte einen neuen Anstrich gebrauchen aber erfüllt trotzdem seinen Zweck. Wir haben viel die Busse benutzt, da man sehr günstig zu viert nach Saint Tropez fahren und alle die schöne Gegend genießen kann.

Der Aufenthalt war hervorragend! Saint Raphaël ist eine sehr schöne Hafenstadt, sehr gut gelegen zwischen Nizza, Cannes und Saint Tropez! Die Wohnung, die wir gemietet haben hat unsere Erwartungen weit übertroffen! Wir haben uns sehr wohl da gefühlt, wie zu Hause! Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt! Ich habe noch nie so eine gute Erfahrung mit Ferienwohnungen gemacht! Alles ist wie auf den Fotos (für Bettwäsche und Handtücher muss man extra bezahlen, aber das ist nicht viel;))! Stephan ist ein beinahe ;) perfekter Gastgeber, sehr engagiert und loyal;)! Danke, an dieser Stelle noch mal! Wir werden auf diese Wohnung auf jeden Fall zurückgreifen! Sehr zu empfehlen! Besser als ein Hotelzimmer und viel günstiger, und man kann nach dem Tagesausflug entspannen, was kochen, die wunderschöne Aussicht auf der Terrasse genießen oder Fernsehen (vorausgesetzt man kann Französisch;))! Sehr romantisch und gemütlich zugleich!
