Beautiful Luxury Home on the river near Sunriver, Bend, Trails, Mountains!
Find your sanctuary at this breathtaking river front luxury home. Great in summer when you can use the beautiful yard and participate in river activities. Equally great in winter with a gorgeous view and direct access to the mountains for fun in the snow.
You will find 7 bedrooms, each with a bathroom (en-suite), and a media/bunk room. Kitchen comes fully stocked with cookware/utensils, high end appliances and 2 separate refrigerators for your convenience. Many charming features include a massage chair, a cozy nook, separate play areas, and more! We provide 3 washers/dryers.
Outside, you will find a beautifully landscaped yard leading straight to Spring River. You can relax in the hammock or hot tub, play bocce ball or horse shoes, or relax on the back patio while watching the children play on the play structure. Get some water time and take a peaceful float down the river in our paddle boat, kayak or SUP. We also offer a few bikes (but bring your own helmets). End your night with a game of Pool or foosball in the garage recreation space.
Easy access to numerous hiking and snow activities in the Cascade lakes area, biking trails, restaurants, and shopping centers close by. Ample opportunities for outdoor activities all year round.
We allow one dog at a time. However, we do not have a fenced yard and ask that your dog be leashed when out of doors. We ask that dogs stay off the furniture and not go upstairs. Thank you.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Please leave used beds unmade. Remove the linens and leave them on the floor at end of bed. We do not require our guests to remove them from the room or wash them. Thank you.
Start a load of spa towels and dish towels.
Note: please do not try to wash a bunch of linens and sheets together. Thank you.
Empty refrigerator of all food items- if there are a few things that are still in good shape and you want to leave them for the cleaners, that is fine.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

We are an active family with grown children who have lived in Oregon for 20 years and in Central Oregon for 9 years. We have hiked and explored all over the area and love this part of the country. We would be happy to share any ideas for activities with you. We have purchased this home to share with others, host our own family gatherings, and hopefully provide a place of peace and respite for anyone who comes this way. We hope you love it like we do.

This property lies on a shallow river full of springs that feed into the Deschutes. It is a peaceful beautiful place. It is close to all of Sunriver's many amenities and to the summer and winter mountain activities and trails.
