This modern retreat features two cozy queen beds, a fully equipped kitchen, and a comfortable seating area—perfect for morning coffee, evening relaxation, or gathering with friends and family. You’ll also enjoy a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and everything you need for a stress-free stay.

The GrandView on the Lake is one of Chelan’s most sought-after waterfront condo hotels. Ideally located near all major Chelan attractions and the historic downtown main street, it’s the perfect home base for business travel, weekend escapes, or extended getaways. Walk to nearby restaurants, wine tasting rooms, live music, recreation, and more!

Please Note:

The pool is seasonal and weather-dependent. We aim to have it open from early May to early October, but dates may vary depending on conditions.
Upon arrival, all guests and vehicles must be registered. Guests under 25 will be required to sign a liability agreement in accordance with our underage policy.
Noise complaints, property rule violations, or disrespectful behavior toward staff or other guests may result in immediate eviction with no refund.
Lake Access:
Lake levels vary by season. Direct access to the lake typically begins mid-June and continues through October. However, year-round beach access is available just 200 feet away at the nearby Ranger Station.

Great location

We loved our stay here. This was a perfect place for my friend and me. It's a super short walk to the main part of town and the view of the lake was stunning. It was perfect for a ladies weekend away.

Location is great and the room had everything you need for a short stay. There were a couple of things that could use attention like the broken shower head which still worked but should get replaced and the A/C unit was so close to one bed that you were either freezing or way too hot. Beds are incredibly uncomfortable. Hot tub was not working for 2/5 of our nights stays as well as the Waterslide was broken. Check in staff was dismissive, not even remotely worth what we paid for.

Resort is not clean

Our room was clean and comfortable - exactly as pictures and described! The overall resort was disappointing. Lounge chairs are old and not wiped down. There are no courtesy rules that I've experienced at other resorts. People left their towels on chairs at night to "reserve" them for the next day. Entry to lake is difficult. Steep and narrow ladders or jumping in only. Dock area NOT large enough for the number of guests. No quiet hours enforced. Screaming young kids in hot tub. Tiki Bar is in a basement and smells like the sewer - closed two of our days.

Best Friend Vacation

We love the Grandview and always stay in the lower units. This unit is ok, but floor was really dirty I don't think they mopped it from the previous tenants. Our feet were black just walking around inside. It's small but we expected that based on the pictures. We made it all work and cooked our dinners and had no problems. The TV is awful, so old and can't hear anything. They have a DVD player in the room, and we brought DVD's, but there's no where to plug it in because the TV is 100 years old and if you try to pull it away from the wall to look at the cords you fear it will literally pull off the wall. Bring your own media to watch TV. Room is very modern, that part was really nice. Beds were okay, we brought our own pillows and glad we did.

Amazing views!

This condo was perfect for a mother/daughter getaway trip. It was clean and had everything we needed. The balcony and the views were AMAZING! Felt like we were right on Lake Chelan. Highly recommend!

Wonderful property

We loved staying here. The view was beautiful. The location is perfect, very close to town. The only downside was that the mattresses were very uncomfortable. I know you can’t expect too much staying somewhere but the mattress creaked every time you turned over and it was very uncomfortable. Otherwise, we very much enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again.

Beautiful Location On Lake Chelan

The property provides a spectacular view of lake Chelan from a private balcony at a very convenient location within short walking distance to the town shopping area. Pool area gets crowded but plenty of lounge chairs can be had on the decks by the lake. Rooms were comfortable and nicely furnished. Small kitchenette has almost everything you would need if you wish to cook.

Great view w some outdated items

Pros: - property looks like the photos - great view and near the pool - comfortable beds - big fridge and kitchen had basic amenities - amazing location Cons: - elevator was broken - carpet needs cleaning. There’s a sign that says new carpet but walking w barefoot for a few mins shows how dirty the carpet is - not properly cleaned, we found a used mask near the tv :( and the table had dried up drink from someone - no mid stay cleans due to covid - you’ll be asked to throw your garbage before you leave and there wasn’t one on the floor as it was written - the bathroom hardware can use some upgrade - good to channel lineup, poor connection Overall we still enjoyed our stay and will be back.

It was a good location with a good view of the lake. The pool in the property was good as well. The studio was older than how it looks in the picture. It is just good for a small family. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Great Location

The Grandview is an awesome location and close to everything. It was great to wake up and look out at the lake. The unit could use a little updating, but it's pretty on trend for places to stay in Chelan!

Grandview Unit 300

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We arrived on a Thursday afternoon, and were able to check in early. We checked out Sunday morning. We had a great time. The room was good, and the view was beautiful. It was a wonderful and excellent mini-vacation. But the hotel seemed understaffed. There was bad damage to the outside of the refrigerator door (very unsightly).
