Complete with WiFi, cable TV you ll find your Southwest Florida stay peaceful and entertaining. Two bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms in a tropically beachy decorated home. There are 27 holes of golf, a large clubhouse with fitness center, pub, restaurant, tennis, pickle ball, billiards, bocci, shuffleboard, 5 pools in all, located in Del Tura Golf and Country Club in North Ft. Myers. Just a short drive to Sanibel Island or Fort Myers Beach. The Thomas Edison winter estate is just a few minutes away as is shopping, great dining, and entertainment. Large garage, washer and dryer, and of course, air conditioning. A large and comfortable lanai overlooks the forest preserve and patio and is very private. There is gas grill for those wonderful outdoor dinners. Technically this is a modular home but all the homes in this upscale community are architecturally designed like site built homes, and all have attached garages. This is an age qualified community so at least one guest must be 55 or older. For stays longer than 30 days, the community requires a background check for each person for which they charge $55 per person. We would love to be able to host you for short term visits but the community permits stays of 28 nights or longer only. Children are allowed for short visits.
