GORGEOUS RENTAL! Paradise In Old Time Florida at "The Dew Drop Ian"
Very secluded on a dead-end road. Fabulous Stilt Cottage where the breeze keeps you cool all day in the many open air sitting areas. One-of-a-kind charm where you can literally ride a bike or walk to the best of Bokeelia. This beautiful place allows time to stand still. Please check out our nesting Eagles right behind out home. Also note our endangered turtle that has buried himself in our garden. Go to meet our amazing Dolphin UNO at Jug Creek Marina. This is a Fisherman's Paradise with several Marinas minutes from Dew Drop Ian. Amazing restaurant's Tarpon Lodge, Jug Creek Marina and The Lazy Flamingo are minutes away!

Frequently asked questions
About the host
Hosted by Susie Watkins

I am a native New Yorker but LOVE the tropics. I formally owned a home in Jamaica on the south coast. As much as I loved my stilt home there, it was extremely hard to maintain. I began a search for a stilt home in Florida and low and behold, I knew this home was meant to be!
Why they chose this property
I choose this neighborhood because it is super quiet and it has fabulous neighbors. It also is right around the corner from The Historic Tarpon Lodge!
What makes this property unique
My property is unique because I work in Interior Design. I love collecting wonderful art and creating beautiful settings. I also love tropical gardens. I will continue to work on this property to improve it over time!
