Vacation Rental Description

Majestic Beach Towers offers the best ocean views in the heart of Panama City Beach. Features 2 balconies both overlooking the beach and the Gulf of Mexico from the living room and 2 of the bedrooms. Enjoy the gulf views as well from the kitchen and dining room. The kitchen is fully stocked blender, cookware, wine & champagne glasses and long list of amenities for you to enjoy.

The resort itself offers 24-hour check-in. You can relax in 3 beautiful-pools,
including the 2 large lagoon outdoor pools oceanfront, the two indoor heated
pools, or the kiddie pool. There are three shared hot tubs. Roof top tennis courts & now pickle ball courts!
If you crave excitement, jet ski rentals, banana boat and parasailing are at your
disposal. A ground floor gourmet market deli which serves Starbucks
coffee, pool restaurant with great frozen drinks, burgers, fish tacos, kids menu and store to meet all of your sundry
needs. A movie theatre with stadium seating ensures entertaining days and evenings inside or out, the best Florida's Gulf Coast has to offer awaits at the new Majestic Beach Towers.

LUXURY! COMFORT! CONVENIENCE!...The Majestic Beach Towers is the place to be! With over 650 feet of beachfront, you are sure to enjoy amazing views and sunsets from this four bedroom/three bath condominium situated on the 12th floor.

Our smoke-free condominium is luxuriously furnished with quality, comfortable furniture, TV's in every room, washer and dryer, and is family friendly. There are two master suites, both rooms have a king size pillow top, new pillows, comfy sheets, 1 bedrooms with one queen with pillow top & new pillows , and one room with bunk beds all new linens.
The sofa pulls out to a bed. PARKING FEE IS a onetime fee $41 per car for the entire stay.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please lock the condo and return the key back to the lock box.
You do not need to strip any of the beds. Our cleaners are responsible for removing and laundering the linens.
Please sweep and dispose of large amounts of sand. There will be an excessive cleaning fee if a lot of sand is left in the condo. Use the broom and pan and not the vacuum.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
If sand is brought into the condo, there is a broom and pan to help clean it up. Sand left in the unit will result in an additional $125 charge
No eating or drinking on furniture or beds. Our sofa and outdoor seating are new, and the fabric is easily stained.
The A/C temperature should not be lower than 68 degrees. If set below that the unit will shut down for several hours. Don't leave doors open.

Fantastic 3-Generation Stay!

We had a great week. The balcony is the ultimate spacious, relaxing retreat for (and from lol) all family members! The host and owner were great communicators, very attentive to our requests, and eager to be helpful. The only difference in the actual property and listing we found was the sofa bed. There is one instead of two, but that was not a problem for our group. Would definitely stay here again. Did I mention that the balcony is an absolute oasis?!

This is really the only the true resort in Panama City! You do not have to leave you can breakfast and lunch at the the cafe which has Starbucks and yummy Bloody Marys with over 40 ingredients and numerous Vodkas. My favorite is the Jalapeno infused Vodka with spicy bloody mary mix with bacon, okra & pickled asparagus! Yum!! Full bar & Fat Tuesday drinks beside pool great food! snow cone bar beside pool

What makes this property unique

Has a movie theater & roof top tennis courts. 2 indoor pools, 3 outdoor pools, 2 hot tubs a grilling area no other resort in Panama City beach has all of this. Starbucks Cafe. Sandwich shop, Full bar by the pool.
