The villa has two apartments which can be rented simultaneously by two families (10 people) wishing to meet on vacation.
The 85 m² T3 top apartment (5 people) has a veranda with a view of the bay of Saint Raphaël.
The 80m² T3 type "downstairs" apartment (5 people) has a beautiful shaded terrace.
Each apartment has its own garden space.

The 800 m² plot around the house is planted with flowers.
Decreasing prices from the second week.
Upper apartment: 750 € / week (owner price) + Abritel fees
Lower apartment: € 630 / week (owner price) + Abritel fees
Imperative: rental from Saturday to Saturday

Appartement très agréable et bien situé

Le propriétaire l'utilise aussi pour lui-même donc appartement est très bien équipé . Les pièces sont grandes les meilleurs épais donc en fermant les volets et les fenêtres en journée on conserve une relative fraîcheur . La petite crique est à 12 minutes la plage agréable et on peut si besoin garer sa voiture à 200 m en bas de la rue. Ça évite de se taper les bouchons pour aller à la grande plage de Saint-Aygulf La cafetière est de type Tassimo il y a aussi une cafetière filtre dans les placards que je n'ai pas essayé. Le propriétaire ou son fils sont très réactif par téléphone en cas de problème et si besoin est il y a une personne sur place de missionnée La terrasse est agréable et à l'ombre On se gare facilement dans le jardin et le quartier tranquille. Il y a un petit commerce de proximité pas loin mais sinon les supermarché bien fournis sont au centre-ville à 20 30 minutes à pied. Possibilité de se garer à l'entrée de la ville en journée Merci encore au propriétaire pour sa gentillesse et cet appartement
