La propriétaire Peggy est très gentil arrangeante sérieuse, elle nous a louer un beau petit studio décorer avec goût et bien équiper et très propre à deux pas des calanques, du centre, et de la mer... On a passer un exellent séjour. Merci Peggy et à bientôt

Super expérience

Appartement très bien situé, la piscine au top et la climatisation est un plus très agréable. La propriétaire est très sympathique, Je recommande donc ce logement.

Helaas geen bed bad of keukenlinnen Ook geen badmat bij het uit bad stappen. Omdat wij vroeg wilden vertrekken de avond ervoor geprobeerd contact te krijgen Telefonisch, antwoordapparaat ingesproken en message gestuurdmaar geen reactie We hebben de sleutels maar in de brievenbus gegooid…

Emplacement 100 m de la mer et proximité du centre ville.Piscine dans la résidence un grand plus. En ce qui concerne le logement,il y aurait lieu de le mettre au gout du jour.La moquette au sol n'est pas le revêtement idéal pour une location.

A éviter

Propriétaire difficile à joindre et pas de réponse aux questions,laissées par messages téléphoniques. De ce fait nous avons eu une location sans draps ni serviettes de toilette. J'ai regretté de ne pas avoir réserve au formulée 1 de Roquebrune sur Argent.De plus quand on met un bien en location pour la première année on peut refaire quelques travaux .Appartement très vieillo.Visiblement cette personne préfère faire du profi même pas un sac poubelle de disponible !!!
