OMG! Sanibel Oceanfront Unit 904! Like New Condo!

Inspired by the white sandy beaches and the hum of the ocean waves, this ninth floor condo boasts a majestic ocean view and luxurious living space. Located on the beautiful Daytona Beach Shores, this non-smoking 3 br/3 ba unit has a new kitchen, fresh paint, new flooring and carpet, new mattresses, linens, and furniture to ensure maximum relaxation. The ninth floor view allows you to enjoy beautiful beach sunrises and an evening of the calming sounds of waves from the private balcony that stretches from the master bedroom across the main living area. The balcony not only looks out onto the ocean, but you have a bird's eye view of the large swimming pool and hot tub available for guests' use.
There are three large bedrooms with three large bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and a sliding glass door for direct access to the private balcony. The large master bathroom has a shower with separate, jetted tub and two sinks set in granite countertops. The second bedroom also has a king-sized bed and an adjoining bathroom with granite countertops. The third bedroom has two full-sized beds and a nearby hallway bathroom with a shower and granite countertop. All the bedrooms have large tv's and generous walk-in closets.
Our condo is located in an area with excellent dining options, but if you should choose to eat-in, we have a well equipped kitchen to meet your needs. This includes a regular coffee maker and a Keurig and many appliances and gadgets to make cooking (or opening a bottle of wine) easy. The kitchen looks out onto the dining and living rooms. The dining area seats six, with counter seating for two more. The living room has a large tv, comfortable seating, and a sliding glass door for access to the private balcony. The balcony has comfortable seating so you can enjoy the beach from the convenience of the condo - day or night.
Should you need to exercise indoors or spread out for game night, the building offers an exercise room and game room with a pool table for your use.
To ensure maximum convenience, we have a new washer/dryer in the condo for you to use as needed. In addition, an on-site storage unit holds beach chairs, a beach cart, toys, shovels, kites, anything you may need to enjoy a day at the beach. A special perk about our condo: we are situated at the border between the drive beach and the drive-free beach. You can have it either way!

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Wash all towels except those needed for your last day at the beach and last showers. Strip used beds of dirty sheets anyplace in laundry room.
Leave car hang tag, garage door opener, and storage closet key on hook by door.
Load the dishwasher and start it. Clean out fridge of all food/drinks. Take out all trash.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

The owners have done an amazing remodel on this property with a beautiful open view of the ocean. Everything you need to make your memorable vacation is right at your fingertips. Ocean view was amazing and unobstructed. The beach was just an elevator ride away as was the pool and hot tub. Both were well maintained and clean. The condo itself was well taken care of, very clean and as pictured online. Will definitely book to stay here again the next time we are in Daytona.

Sanibel 904 is everything that the posting says it is! Large unit,, Nicely furnished..tons of kitchen usage items, Mega sized TV's, HVAC worked perfectly.. Mike one of the owners was always available and most helpful at all times. Quiet bldg and area...would surely stay at 904 again.

We all enjoyed our stay in Sanibel. Mike was very responsive from before our stay and all throughout the stay. It was great with the views of the Atlantic, and are steps away from the beach. Family vacation

We've been staying at the Sanibel since it opened - been coming to Daytona for over 50yrs. This was one of our favorites. Unit was very clean and well maintained. Host was easily reachable and a pleasure to work with. Hope to visit again!

Great Getaway Spot

Comfortable, well-stocked, beautifully furnished and maintained, perfectly located, AND incredibly roomy for a Daytona-area beachfront condo. We were looking for a peaceful home base as we visited with relatives in the Daytona area. We found it and will definitely make this "our" Daytona place. Too many great features to name, but the deep patio was perhaps our favorite.

Great Family Vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was immaculate and had all the amenities a family would need for a week at the beach. I had questions before and during our stay, and the owner responded quickly. The parking is very limited, but the owner gave me the information for a place close by where we could park an extra car when my mom came to visit. That person was also easy to deal with, and the daily rate was very reasonable. We had a great week and look forward to returning!

Huge Condo!

The condo was perfect for our larger sized family of 6. With 4 kids ranging in ages 5 months through 14 we had so much space that everyone could enjoy. The location on the beach is perfect, the pool was clean, complex was well kept and clean as well. We sadly got the flu two days into our stay which really put a damper on the trip but we spent a lot of time in the condo and at least we always had an amazing view. I look forward to returning again to fully enjoy the surrounding area.

Great condo, good location

The condo waa great, very up to date. Views were great. The pool and beach area.....well, the storm wiped out the entire pool /hot tub and patio area. The only access to the beach was down the car ramp for the drive on beach, which was adjacent, but was still a mess of debris, glass, and heaved pavement. I would inquire as to progress on those items. I had to communicate alot with management, as the elevators were out....and they were very accomodating and easy to reach. They worked with us to find either other accomodations, or offer a refund. I would stay here again if the hurricane clean-up has occurred.

Couldn't recommend this condo enough! We just left after spending nine days there, and it was absolutely perfect for our party of 7! The condo itself is beautiful. The rooms are huge and so tastefully decorated. The sunrise from the balcony was lovely and the patio furniture was great to sit and drink coffee every morning. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the condo was well stocked with everything we needed. There were more than enough bath towels and beach towels, the kitchen was fully stocked with all cookware we needed for the week. The parking garage was super convenient, and getting to the pool/beach was a breeze. We didn't have to walk far at all. There were beach chairs and boogie boards for the kids to play in the ocean. We had a few rainy days so my kids made good use of the pool table in the game room. The area was clean and so quiet, it was lovely. We expected way more traffic for spring break, so we were pleasantly surprised with how easy it was to get around and get into restaurants. Finally, the communication with the owners was top notch. Mike texted me the first day so I was able to communicate with him that way throughout the week. He was quick to respond with any questions I had, and was communicative about things going on in the condo building. We couldn't have asked for a better vacation, we definitely hope to come back again!

This place was GREAT! Clean and everything like new. Very spacious and comfortable. Great patio with comfortable furniture to enjoy the beach view. Hurricane interrupted

The property was just as advertised. But with 2 hurricanes 6-8 weeks apart, problems did arise. We were forced to end our vacation early because of mandatory evacuation by city. The property owners were just fabulous. They kept in contact with us through out the process and are great people to work with. Hope to return in the future.

I have thought long and hard about what to write. All I could come up with is FIVE STARS in all respects. Location is great, unit design is great, communication is great, everything you could ever want in the unit is there. Pricing was great. Master bedroom mattress is delightful. We could not find anything wrong, not a thing. Sanibel #904 is a must stay in Daytona Beach/Port Orange area.

We loved staying in this condo. It had everything we needed to enjoy our stay at the beach. The check in process was super easy and I loved the keypad entry for the door- so much easier to deal with than keeping up with keys. The building was super secure and we felt nice and safe. The place was very clean, no smells. It was even better than the pictures showed. We loved staying here and look forward to visiting again!

Exceeded expectations

What a beautiful place and location! We were greeted by amazing ocean views every morning and the unit was very clean, decorated so cute and even stocked to make our stay easy, comfortable and enjoyable. I appreciated that it was also quiet. We had never been to this part of FL so we weren't sure what to expect. Everything we needed and wanted was no more than 15 minutes away. Despite not being able to enjoy the ocean more than 2x during our stay due to riptides, we will definitely be rebooking!!!
