About this property

End unit provides extra light. This single level floor plan gives its guest extra privacy as both bedrooms have an attached bathroom. This unit also has NO WALL TO WALL CARPETING making it fresh and sanitary. There's a high end range in the kitchen and smart TV in the living room. The primary bedroom had a king mattress installed in April 2022. Internet is also included. There is a peaceful water fall below that creates the rest and relaxation you are looking for. Although this is a garden view unit, there are views of the Pacific from the terrace. You will appreciate its close proximity to the elevator and assigned parking space. Thoughtfully stocked & maintained.
In January of 2020 new vanities,quartz vanity tops and faucets were installed.
HOA managed laundry is very close. This unit is in the G building and does NOT back to the train tracks.
North Coast Village condos do not have air conditioning and there is no smoking in the complex or condo.

Well-appointed, easy communication, great amenities.

We had a great stay as a family of 5 (kids are 9, 6, 3). Plenty of space both in the unit and on the grounds. The pool and hot tub were great, and the kids loved feeding the koi fish (bring quarters for the food dispenser!) We appreciated that the complex was closed so the kids could roam safely. An easy walk to the beach and pier. The unit and complex were clean and in good repair, but just old enough that we didn’t feel worried that the kids would touch something pristine and cause a bunch of damage ;) Owner was proactive and easy to communicate with. He accommodated our questions and requests quickly. We would stay again!

Great place, great location!

Great location in Oceanside just a few minutes walk from both the harbor and pier. The facility is so beautiful with a koi pond running through it, lots of diverse plants, and a really nice pool, hot tub, and sauna. Our condo was clean and well kept, very comfy king bed and every amenity we would need. We will definitely look for this place first when coming back to Oceanside!

Beautiful Property and Comfortable Condo

We were pleasantly surprised at how lovely Oceanside was. We stayed in this area primarily because we wanted to be by the beach but also need easy access to Anaheim, Riverside and San Diego as we had events in each place during our trip. The condo is comfortable, clean and a great size. The view from the deck felt like we were in a tropical resort. Easy walk into town for morning coffee, restaurants and a fun Thursday night market with food trucks and vendors. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location.

We absolutely loved this little place . Perfect location , lots to do within walking distance . The host was very quick to answer questions and everything was perfect .
