At the heart of Corrèze, Dordogne, come and enjoy unspoiled nature between forests and ponds, a destination for a rejuvenating break or an exotic holiday.

Our field beside a 32 hectare lake offers comfort for large holiday cottage "Carpe Diem" Clementine can accommodate 6 people, with stunning views over the large pond.

This cottage of 48 m², completely renovated, consists of:

- 1 bedroom with a double bed 160x200, reading lights, storage vessel type 1 wardrobe, bathroom with walk-in shower 80x100 cm, cabinet and sink, mirror and hanging toilet and hairdryer
- 1 bedroom 2 80x190 beds (on request bed 160x190 cm) with reading light, storage type boat, bathroom with walk-in shower 80x100 cm, vanity and basin, mirror

- 1 large living room with sofa bed 2 places, coffee tables, TV.
- 1 kitchen with snack plane, dishwasher, cabinets, sink, 4 burner gas, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, dishes and utensils for 6 persons (welcome kit supplied)
- 1 terrace of 22 sqm with semi shaded garden and sunbathing surrounded by extensive private grounds

On the whole area, from the beach to the accommodation, the internet via Wifi is free and unlimited. In addition, to surf on a broadband network, we offer packages tailored to your needs.

The linen is provided: duvets and covers, pillows and covers, towels.

We provide you with beach towels for the week and 2 electric hybrid bike for half a day.

The delivery of breakfast is possible directly to your cottage by booking the day before 18:00.

A cleaning fee of € 100 is offered to help you avoid this constraint.

The 32-hectare pond with a bathing water quality is available to enjoy the various water activities: rental paddles, canoe, pedal boat, rowboat, fishing pier.

For hiking on the many paths bordering our field, mountain bikes and electric hybrid bikes are available for rent.
