Ideal vacation home for families and friends

Lovers of calm, nature, terroir and authenticity, you will spend a rejuvenating stay in our family home located in a village in the heart of the Monédières massif.
Rest, relaxation, calm, walks, hiking, cycling, fishing, but also tourism will be on the agenda.

About the house:

Ground floor:
- living room with 2 sofas and TV
- large and very well equipped kitchen (including dishwasher and fridge-freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave, washing machine) with a table that can accommodate up to 10 people.

Upstairs:
- 4 bedrooms each with a 2 bed people 140*190
- a bathroom
- a separate toilet

Outside:
- A terrace with table and chairs for dining (8 to 10 people) as well as a barbecue. Sun loungers and relax chairs will allow you to sunbathe or rest in the shade of the wisteria, but also to admire a magnificent starry sky at nightfall.

For little travellers: Folding cot, stroller, high chair, potty.

On the practical side, the house is located 15 minutes by car from the motorway exit (A89) and the food shops are 10 minutes away by car and the village has a restaurant.

ACTIVITIES:
- Water activities at the lakes of Deiro or Treignac.
- Tourist visits,
- Hiking, cycling, fishing
- festive markets organised in the surrounding municipalities during the summer season to taste local products and spend a convivial moment.
- Blueberry and blackberry picking very close to the house for the greatest pleasure of your taste buds,
- Petanques on the village square or board games that we leave available.
You will find leaflets at the fair offering you the surrounding activities and curiosities.
