Authentic stone house. Exceptional site, quiet and peaceful.

Typical Ardèche house, in stone, 5 bedrooms in an exceptional site. This family property is situated in a private park of 25 hectares in the middle of a magnificent chestnut grove centenary, a forest of fir and beech. You will appreciate the peace and the unique loneliness offered by this beautiful nature!
However, the proximity of the village (Vernoux en Vivarais 2km) gives you access to all types of shops. Beautifully decorated simply but with charm, the house has every comfort.
In addition to a garden without limit you will enjoy a beautiful courtyard with a beautiful open view and diving, for your lunches, dinners or "aperitifs sunsets"!
The house offers you 3 double bedrooms, two with a bathroom, and one of them at an exit on the garden at the back of the house.
A bathroom (with bathtub) and a separate toilet. The kitchen is open to the living room.
The house is fully equipped: dishwasher, microwave, gas oven, electric coffee makers, toaster, kettle. A TV with a DVD player is at your disposal, but no access to TV channels! The house does not have internet connection either. It's a choice...
Outside, you will have garden furniture: dining table and chairs under an awning for your meals, deckchairs, a hammock under the cherry trees (the net plus ultra for the nap ...), a BBQ and a ping pong table. A deposit of 500 € will be required upon arrival.

Calme et repos au cœur de l'Ardèche.

L'environnement du gîte est excellent pour les randonnées de plus avec un petit chien. Le logement est bien situé et spacieux. Mériterait une salle de bains et un WC à l'étage pour un groupe plus important. Sinon bonne appréciation et très bon accueil des propriétaires.

Quoi de mieux que cette belle propriété avec son grand parc après être resté coincé 3 mois dans son appartement !! Le grand air, beaucoup de charme, une maison vivante et des hôtes au top ! Des vacances mémorables pour les grands comme les petits. Merci

Une perle de sérénité

Une maison à la vue dégagée au milieu d’une forêt avec bcp de ballades sans devoir prendre la voiture . Tout le nécessaire pour s’y sentir comme chez soi ( une literie de qualité, une cuisine bien équipée, un extérieur bien entretenu ) , nos quatre enfants ne s’y sont pas ennuyés un instant ( piano, jeux , bd, trottinette, Ping pong, hamac ....) Commerces et intermarche à moins de cinq minutes en voiture. Les propriétaires sont très gentils , réactifs tout en étant discrets. Une maison familiale dans laquelle nous retournerons sans hésiter .

Cadre magnifique pour des vacances familiales proches de la nature

Points positifs : - maison de caractère dans un très bel environnement - accueil sympathique des parents de la propriétaire Points négatifs : - une seule salle de bain et un seul WC pour une maison pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 11 personnes, c'est "juste" ! - impossibilité de joindre la propriétaire dont les coordonnées (tél. et mail) n'étaient pas les bonnes sur le site Abritel (le 1er mail "réellement" de Mme Gastine est celui du 21/07, soit plus de 3 mois après mes 1ères démarches…) - renseignements erronés donnés par le service Clients d'Abritel par rapport au descriptif de la maison : les 2 cabinets de toilette attenant à 2 des chambres ne comportaient pas de douche et de WC, comme il m'a été indiqué (la mention "petit lavabo" a été rajoutée depuis notre séjour). Je tiens à préciser que nous avons quand même passé un agréable séjour, mais pour celle qui prend la responsabilité de la réservation pour toute une famille, les démarches ne se sont pas faites dans la sérénité et les réponses données - non fiables - ne donnent pas vraiment confiance pour une future location, via Abritel... :

Séjour très agréable dans ce superbe endroit. Nous n'avons pas eu le plaisir de rencontrer la propriétaire, mais ses parents, qui sont des gens charmants.
