Great Stay at Great Location

We had a multi-family trip and chose to stay at this lovely property. There was plenty of space for everyone, a great common area and porch and plenty of seating for eating. The walk to the beach was 5-7 minutes and the beach access was right across from boardwalk. Beach tags were included in the stay. It was a lovely property.

Check-in was very easy. We were able to enter the unit at the designated check in time using the codes provided. The kitchen was clean and provided many appliances and tools needed for cooking.There is limited cabinet space to store your own food items but if you move things around you can make it work. Overall it was great and we did not have any issues.

Perfect friends get-away

We loved our time in this beautiful home, perfectly located in the center of downtown! We were able to quickly & conveniently walk to the beach, restaurants & shopping! Missy was amazing to work with and quickly answered my questions. She went above & beyond to make our stay wonderful! Very clean, beautiful decorated! Would love to stay here again!

We enjoyed the convenience of having an elevator and all one floor living. The location is close to the beach, Boardwalk, and shops on Asbury. Missy Nallen, the property manager, was very responsive to questions. It was attractive, well equipped, and comfortable.

Great location

The unit is close to the beach, the boardwalk, and shopping on Asbury. The Hobby Horse ice cream store is right across the street.The elevator made getting to the unit and moving luggage and groceries much easier.

Mother and Daughter beach weekend

5 Mothers and 5 daughters- beach weekend. The house was very clean and the kitchen was well equipped. The layout was perfect for our group. The house was quiet and set aside from the road. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the quick access to the boardwalk, beach and restaurants. Thank you for providing a wonderful atmosphere for our special weekend!

Great accommodations, loads of space, terrific location. Enough parking space for three cars. Missy was very reassuring with answers to all my questions. Suggestion: would be nice to have shades for balcony to provide shading when needed. Thank you for providing us a nice vacation rental.

Awesome Ocean City Stay

This place is absolutely amazing!! The entire place was clean and comfortable! The kitchen family room was so inviting and we loved playing cards with the kids around the big kitchen table. Bonus was the deck! There was so much room to spread out and we loved the bunkroom and all the other options of beds in the bedrooms. The elevator was perfect for getting all of our belongings up and down! It is steps from beach and boardwalk. Communicating was perfect with the owner! I highly recommend this gem! We will be back!!!

It was so nice to be able to accommodate three families under one roof in this lovely condo. Not only was there plenty of space, but the beach tags, multiple nice beach chairs, boogie boards and beach carts were an added bonus. Communication with the owner Missy was great. Thank you for the dinner recommendations, we found our new favorite seafood restaurant in OCNJ thanks to her! Last but not least, we LOVED the location, walkable to everything! :)

OCNJ - Fantastic Vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation. The property location is perfect for the beach and the boardwalk. If you need ADA access for beach may want to try another street end as there was no ramp open at 8th Street. Had an issue with the condo that Missy addressed immediately. She was super courteous and helpful! Condo was clean, lived up to its listing, and served our needs. Needs a new frying pan or two ;)

perfect location to walk everywhere

we had a ladies get away, 9 of us. We were all very comfortable . The elevator was a HUG help. Location, location, location! and a beautiful home. There was a good supply of things you may need. I would recommend going there 1st take-inventory then a short walk or drive to Acme for shopping.I would happily stay there again. And planning on it... Don't miss the raising of the Flag every-morning at 9am on the board walk just up the road by 8th street and the music hall. By the flag pole....

Great location, big place, and an Elevator

Really outstanding location for a large family. Five Bedrooms, Three bathrooms, and an elevator. Plenty of room to make meals at and close to boardwalk. Only negative is that for 1000 dollars a night it would be nice to have had linens for the bed. Perhaps even one set that you put in washer when you leave so that the cleaning team can put in dryer. Flying in and not having linens was a bit frustrating. Also, location is hard to find at first so just know entrance isn't on 8th street. But outside of that it was a fantastic experience and would definitely rent again!

Wonderful Beach Week

Despite the COVID constraints, our extended family had a great time reconnecting in this well-appointed, clean, and comfortable unit. The beds and furniture were comfortable and we put the spacious kitchen to good use since we couldn't safely eat out. The private elevator was a real plus, especially for elderly grandparents and for getting our food and luggage to he unit. Also, we loved the central location and enjoyed our time indoors and out. Missy was especially helpful and accommodating regarding the challenges of reopening. She promptly replied with useful information and showed helpful flexibility as we weighed whether to press ahead with this long-scheduled trip. We hope to be back next year!.

Top notch property and host!

My family of 7 stayed at this property and had a blast -- the location was a short walk to the boards which helped my elderly mom who has some trouble walking (that along with an elevator for luggage and groceries made it ideal for us), and the layout gave us all plenty of space. Great amenities, clean rooms, comfortable furniture (enough spaces in the living room for all of us, and enough bathrooms for 7), hot water in the outdoor shower and beach tags included, it just ticked all the boxes you need for an Ocean City vacay. I also want to mention how extremely helpful Missy was, her response time was amazing, literally less than 3 minutes when we called for a couple minor issues (we had some trouble fitting our van in the garage but we were able to fit both our vehicles in the exterior space, and the cable went out in one tv and Missy's husband was there to fix it within an hour or so). Additionally, some days after we checked out we realized we had left a skimboard behind and Missy went out of her way to retrieve and hold it for us until we could get back down to pick it up, and she could not have been friendlier throughout so I really want to say how appreciated that was, since that sort of courtesy and going the extra mile is not always easy to find these days. Great stay!!!!!

Great house in a nice location

This house was great to rent for our weekend away. The best thing is that it is set up for large groups. So while it sleeps 15. It also has seating and plates for that many as well. Very clean and nice place to stay.

Lovey location

Super close to the beach and prime location for rides. Loved the lay out the balcony and the floor plan offered. We absolutely loved our time here and would HIGHLY recommend. We did notice ants however. There was one chair that seemed to have a broken bar. Would love to stay again with my family and children.
