​🔥 Heated Pool Option: Available for $235 / day (Requires a 2-day minimum as it takes 24 hours to preheat).

​🐾 Pet Policy: Well-behaved "small" pets are welcome with prior disclosure! There is a $190 non-refundable pet fee. Pets must remain in their kennel or the Solarium when unattended, and use the designated side yard next to the BBQ. Please keep the pool area pet-free and clean up after your furry friend.

​We want you to have a perfect stay! To keep our neighborhood happy, we kindly ask that you review these guidelines before booking:

​🚫 No Parties: We have a strict "No Alcohol Parties" policy. Casual, responsible consumption with family and friends is absolutely fine!

​🚘 Easy Parking: Features a 2-car rear driveway accessed from the alley, plus additional spaces directly in front of the house.

​🛑 Neighbor Courtesy: Please do not block the mailbox or park in front of any neighbors' homes under any circumstances.

​Property Standards Registration: STR-1608-002. Guests agree to the standard liability hold-harmless policy upon booking completion.

We are in a great location; close to many restaurants and shops and located right on the 12 mile Plano Bike Trail within our neighborhood. Our home has been updated with all the amenities you will need to just come, relax and enjoy.

GOOD NEIGHBOR RESPECT POLICY:

While we understand that you may be coming into town to visit family and to have a few family members over to visit and enjoy the pool, we must emphasize that:

We ask our neighbors to inform us of any excessive noise so that it can be addressed immediately. This excludes “reasonable music volumes” while outdoors by the pool with the understanding that there can be NO LOUD MUSIC OR NOISE AFTER 9:00 PM.

NEIGHBORLY RESPECT - We respect the privacy of our neighbors and require that all our guests adhere to our neighborly standards. Do know that any “reasonable” complaints about excessive noise will result in us having to ask you to remedy the situation immediately. If this violation continues unaddressed, we may have no choice but to ask you to leave.

NO CONGREGATING ON THE FRONT LAWN OR STREETS - We have a beautiful backyard and a rear entry driveway. We are sensitive that you are new faces to the neighbors, so we ask that you DO NOT hang around in the front yard. Please come and enjoy our home and backyard.

DO NOT WALK BETWEEN HOUSES - Our neighbors do not know you so please use the front and backyard door to pass from the front to the rear of our home.

PARKING - We would prefer that you park in the 2-car back driveway which can be accessed from the alley. We also have spaces for your cars in the front of the house but would ask that you do not block the mailbox.
