This home has been 100% remodeled! With a beautiful spot directly on Lake Pontoosuc, the new kitchen, bathrooms, fireplace and glass enclosed family room all benefit from the idyllic scenery. There's a view from every room! The home has 5 bedrooms and a convertible playroom with a futon in it. 2 bedrooms have bunk beds plus a full size bed in them. 2 bedrooms have king sized beds and 1 has a queen. The master suite has an en-suite bathroom and it's own balcony overlooking the lake. There's plenty of room for 14-15 guests. There are 2 flat screen TV's, a fireplace, a gas stove and many other upgrades and extras.

Rhonda's place is perfect for a family getaway - the floor plan is open - there is natural sunlight throughout the entire house and the views are incredible. The first floor has multiple places to hang out with 2 living room areas to gather for some family fun. The kitchen has everything you need to stay in and cook meals and has seating at the island that can accommodate 4. There is also a dining room which would accommodate up to 10 at the same table. The kitchen, bathroom, and bedrooms were all fully stocked with all the essentials you need. The house was extremely clean and comfortable, clearly designed thoughtfully to accommodate guests. We used the gas fireplace every night we were there - plenty of space for all eight of us to sit comfortably and enjoy the warmth of the fire. There is also an area on the main floor to watch TV and there is a wrap around couch to accommodate up to eight people. The host is nice and very professional, and easy to reach out to if needed and responds right away. I would highly recommend staying here if you plan on visiting the Berkshires.

We had a wonderful time at your beautiful lake house. We loved the location and the size of the house. It was a perfect place to celebrate our 75th birthday, 8 longtime friends who have known each other for over 60 years. We loved sitting on the deck looking out on the lake at all times of the day. It was great to have the kayaks for an easy paddle. We had a fun time around the fire pit on our last night with a full moon to make it even more special. We had a very nice time, the house has lots of room for a large group and had what we needed for a nice short ski vacation. The frozen lake was a very fun experience as well. Our family had a wonderful stay at the home. It's in a great location, the proximity to the water was a plus, and we enjoyed hanging out in the very spacious common area. Amazing house in great location right on Lake.

House is brand new, great location on the lake and beautifully decorated. Also close to hikes and town. Kayaks to go on lake were a huge plus! We went with group of couples but would also be great for 2 families. We will be back!

We've had such a great time sharing this special place with other families that when another home became available on the same block, we snatched it up, remodeled it entirely. We now own 4 homes on the lake and truly enjoy sharing this magical spot. We hope you love it as much as we do.
