Beautiful house with a bedroom each. Had so much fun with the grandkids playing Spoons at the dining room table. Grampa and kids went walking the trail near the water. Such gorgeous sunrises every morning!!!! Water views from almost every room!

Incredible Week in the Berkshires!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay - the house has a perfect layout and plenty of space for us all to spread out. Bedrooms were also spacious and beds were super comfortable. We had so much fun in the backyard and the house was fully stocked with outdoor games, chairs, and kayaks. We loved the pool and surrounding area as well! We are already planning our trip back next year - highly recommend staying here!

Lovely location, fine house

The property has been renovated to accommodate a large number of people comfortable. Light, airy, clean, with both a lovely view of the lake to the east, and a large expanse of lawn down to the lake and dock, the house is a fine vacation spot for a large multi-generational family vacation. Highly recommend.

Amazing home

This property was absolutely amazing. There were 10 women staying fir a girls weekend. Plenty of room. Everyone remarked how comfortable beds were. Home was very clean and featured all sorts of extras . We can’t wait to visit again.

Amazing!

We booked this for our bridal party for our wedding nearby and could not have asked for a better space! It had plenty of room for everyone and was better than we expected. We loved the pool and all the amenities that were included, making the whole weekend fun and enjoyable. The owners and property manager were easy to reach, making the whole process a breeze.

Amazing property. We went as a group of 12 (6 pairs). There was plenty of space to relax and enjoy. The view from lake was breathtaking. Kitchen was well stocked. Owner was very responsive to the requests. Overall, would highly recommend to anyone with large group traveling in Berkshire area.

Wonderful western MA getaway!

We had a fantastic stay on the lake in this gorgeous home. The layout is perfect for couples vacationing together—several rooms with en suite baths. Beautiful view of the lake from the living room with lots of space to relax. Bonus area downstairs with ping pong and tv. Hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful with suggestions of caterers to house questions. Location is an easy drive to Lenox and Williamstown. Hope to go back when it’s warm enough to swim. Thanks for a great stay.

More than expected

From beginning to end our stay was perfect-- the house is clean, Stephanie was very responsive with one concern and fixed it immediately. The scene from the living area and deck is BEAUTIFUL, the pool kept everyone happy on hot days. We found lots to do in the area. We hope to come again!

Thanksgiving in the Berkshires

This property is by far the nicest property my family has vacationed in. The home was spacious enough for all 15 of us with 6 adults (including 2 grandparents), and 9 children ranging in age from 16 down to 2. Clean, spacious, phenomenal views of the lake and a pool for the summer. It has something for all ages including a mini pool, ping pong, kayaks, flat screen TV’s and couches galore for cuddling! Hoping to return one day!

Family Vacation

We had a wonderful family vacation at this beautiful lakeside home. It was nicely appointed, clean, spacious and had everything we needed. Stephanie, the property manager was so thorough with her communication. The layout of the home is very nice. We appreciated the quality of the bed linens and ample supply of beach towels. The pool was a big highlight for everyone! The property is even nicer than it appears in the photos.

Beautiful Lake view house

The property was immaculate. Right on the lake with an amazing view. The house layout is perfect for large gatherings. Great family vacation!

Wow! Everything was great from start to finish. The house was perfect for our family needs of 8 adults and 8 little ones. Having the pool was a big hit with the kids and the view was amazing. Having the kayaks available for our use was a great bonus. Property managers were efficient and helpful with the communication. They provided information on local restaurants and supermarkets. Beds were comfortable, house was clean and it was nice to have games supplied as well as the basic necessities. Would definitely recommend!

We have owned a home on Lake Pontoosuc since for about 15 years. In 2014 we moved to London to pursue a business opportunity and needed to rent out our beautiful home. We've had such a great time sharing this special place with other families that when another home became available on the same block, we snatched it up, remodeled it entirely. We now own 4 homes on the lake and truly enjoy sharing this magical spot. We hope you love it as much as we do.

Why they chose this property

It is so rare to have a pool lakeside! And so wonderful! This home is minutes from Tanglewood, Lenox, Jiminy Peak, Williamstown and so much more. The Berkshires have so much to offer from theater to wonderful restaurants to hiking, biking and water
sports. Lake Pontoosuc is one of the few motorboat lakes in the area. And the only one that has a boat rental facility and 2 restaurants on the lake!
Our home is 100% renovated from top to bottom. You'll love the 70" television and all the views. There are en-suite bathrooms and more.
