This home could accommodate two family with upstairs having four bedrooms and three baths and downstairs studio style living room with two bedrooms one bathroom, small kitchen. Large garage and utility room with extra shower.
Dockage accommodates protected boat basin for small boats with davits and deep water dockage for up to three boats.
The house sleeps 14 in beds, 8 upstairs and 6 downstairs.

We are unable to us our home as much as we would like and would love to see families making beautiful memories like we have been doing for the last 19 years in the Florida keys with boating, fishing, skiing, water-sports, friendly people, wonderful dining. This property is a very laid-back atmosphere, kid friendly with games, sand box with toy's.
You can fish right from the dock for your dinner:) We will supply your fishing rods upon request.

What makes this property unique

Lots of varities of fish always on the move. You will see snapper, lobster, crabs, tarpon, grouper, dolphin, manatee, clown fish, etc... right from the dock. My boys have spent numerous hours day and nights fishing with friends on the dock.
