Séjour Gilles et Vanna

Très bon acceuil des propriétaires Catherine et Alain Le logement est parfait et équipé comme si nous étions à la maison. Il ne manque rien. La situation géographique nous a permis de sillonner la région sans faire beaucoup de kilomètres. Nous conseillons vivement cet hébergement.

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt

Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und haben immer schnell auf Fragen geantwortet. Wenn man kein Französisch spricht, ist es ratsam einen (Online-) Übersetzer parat zu haben. Das Haus hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Es ist in einem guten Zustand, sehr sauber und enthält alles an Haushaltsgeräten und Geschirr, was man sich nur wünschen kann. Mit dem Kicker im Keller haben wir viel Zeit verbracht. Es gibt Fahrräder, eine Tischtennisplatte, Boccia und Tennisschläger. Leider hatte es bis zu 42 Grad, als wir dort waren und es hatte anscheinend lange Zeit nicht mehr geregnet. Dadurch war es leider zu heiß für die geplanten Wanderungen und die meisten Flüsse in der Umgebung waren ausgetrockent. Wir waren sehr froh über das eine klimatisierte Schlafzimmer, in dem wir zum Schluss zu viert geschlafen haben (ausreichend Betten sind vorhanden), da im anderen Schlafzimmer zu warm zum schlafen war. Glücklicherweise fährt man nur ca. 30 Minuten bis zum Meer und kann sich dort abkühlen. Die Lage bietet Ausflüge nach Carcassonne, Toulouse, Perpignon oder auch nach Spanien an. Wir würden wieder kommen, aber wahrscheinlich eher nicht nochmal zur heißesten Jahreszeit.

Schöne Unterkunft

Großes Haus, gut ausgestattet, sehr nette Vermieterin. Uns gefiel besonders gut der Garten mit der Schildkröte. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Vielen Dank! Grande maison, bien équipée, propriétaire très sympathique. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le jardin avec la tortue. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour. Merci beaucoup !

Séjour agréable dans une belle région

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Durban-Corbieres et dans cette propriété. Des Propriétaires très arrangeants, et une maison spacieuse et confortable avec un jardin certes non attenants mais immédiatement accessible sans contrainte et au calme. Le tout dans cette belle région des Corbieres

DEUX SEMAINES TRES AGREABLES

La location correspond à la description. Située dans une petite rue de village très calme. Le jardin est bien ombragé et comprend une petite surprise bien sympathique. Des randonnées bien indiquées. et beaucoup de villages de caractère alentours...nous avons passé deux très bonnes semaines.

La location est très correcte le jardin non attenant ( mais juste un chemin à traverser) est charmant. Belle région Dommage que les points de baignades soient un peu loin... très bon accueil

Schönes Haus, nette Gastgeber, tolle Gegend

Zunächst einmal müssen wir die sehr netten Gastgeber loben. Sie waren sehr freundlich und wir bekamen immer schnell eine Antwort und gute Tipps. Das Haus ist in einem sehr guten Zustand. Es war alles sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Für sämtliche Geräte gab es auch noch Anleitungen, so dass man alles auch nutzen und bedienen konnte. Im Keller steht sogar ein Kickertisch - herrlich! Im Schlafzimmer befindet sich eine Klimaanlage - auch das ist im Sommer sehr angenehm. Einziger Minuspunkt: der Garten. Hier haben wir leider viele kleine Glasscherben gefunden und er liegt nicht direkt am Haus, sondern ist über einen schmalen öffentlichen Weg zu erreichen. Bei größeren Kindern ist das sicher kein Manko, aber uns hat es gestört. So konnten wir nicht abends im Garten sitzen, während unser Kind oben im Haus schlief, dann man dann einfach nichts mitkriegen würde. Pluspunkt: die Schaukel und die Schildkröte, die im Garten lebt. Insgesamt sind das Haus und die Urlaubsgegend sehr zu empfehlen. Man ist in ca. 30 Minuten mit dem Auto am Strand und kann viele Ausflüge machen und sich die unzähligen Burgen in der Region ansehen oder einfach durch die Weinberge wandern.

Sommer 2020

Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen, toller Garten und gemütliches Haus. Die Umgebung ist sehr schön. In der Nähe gibt es viele schöne Ausflugsmöglichkeiten und viele abwechslungsreiche Strände und Buchten. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und es hat alles einwandfrei funktioniert. Es war für alle ein super schöner und erholsamer Urlaub.

Très agréable séjour du 27 juillet au 3 août 2019

La région est très belle. Le gîte et son jardin sont forts agréables ainsi que la tortue pensionnaire qui n’hésite pas à rendre visite aux vacanciers ! L’accueil des propriétaires est très sympathiques (confiture concoctée par Catherine et bouteille de vin du terroir offerte par Alain en guise de bienvenue). Tout est impeccable. Le seul bémol, la wifi/internet qui ne fonctionne pas alors que l’annonce le prévoit ( ce qui peut être veaiment problématique ....). Sylvie

Tolles Haus für Familienurlaub

Perfekt geeignet für einen unkomplizierten Familienurlaub! Das Haus bietet alles, was man braucht. Der Garten ist wunderbar und über die wandernde Schildkröte haben sich alle gefreut. Schöne Strände und der tolle Fluss waren schnell zu erreichen. Sehr zu empfehlen für alle, die sich einen abwechslungsreichen und entspannten Urlaub wünschen! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Séjour à Durban Corbières du 11 au 18 août 2018

Très bon accueil de la part des propriétaires de la location : conseils précieux sur la région, les caves à vins, les plages et les découvertes culturelles de la région des Corbières. Une région magnifique et la location est à proximité des châteaux cathares, des gorges, des vignes, des randos et des plages. La location est spacieuse, belle cuisine fournies en plats, casseroles et verres à vins ... c'est bien appréciable. Linge fourni et literie est impeccable. Super semaine aux Corbières

Propriétaires et maison très sympathique. Je trouve que la maison est idéalement situé entre la mer (environ 25 min) et les châteaux cathares... de plus il y a pleins de jolies balades à faire ainsi que des petites rivières pour se rafraîchir à proximité (environ 5 min en voiture) le village est charmant. Nous étions un couple avec un enfant de 3 ans et nos 2 chiens. Pour eux aussi c'était les vacances... merci encore pour tout, on reviendra !

Ausgezeichnete Unterkunft! Schönes, geräumiges Haus mit allem, was man braucht, im Überfluss, traumhafter Garten mit Blick auf Burgruine - ideal für Kinder, wunderbare landschaftliche Lage. Knappe halbe Stunde zum Strand durch traumhafte Landschaft ohne Verkehr. Sehr freundliche und großzügige Vermieter.

Belles vacances dans les Corbières.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le confort de cette charmante maison, très bien équipée et très propre ainsi que l'accueil des propriétaires.Le jardin est agréable lui aussi, spacieux et bien équipé avec tables, chaises, fauteuils, de quoi se mettre à l'aise et se détendre après une journée bien occupée à l'ombre bienvenue du grand figuier. Durban Corbières est un bon compromis entre arrière pays , châteaux cathares et autres lieux touristiques et plages (à 35 minutes environ). Cette région nous a beaucoup plu. Nous avons juste regretté de ne pas avoir pris l'option wifi car la 4G passe mal, très mauvaise réception avec Orange et SFR . Nous recommandons vivement cette location!

De bonnes vacances

C'est une agréable maison de bourg,fraiche, située dans un quartier calme du village.Le logement est très bien équipé,propre.L'accueil des propriétaires y est chaleureux. Le jardin a proximité est clos,sans vis a vis,bien ombragé grace a un grand figuier,sous lequel est suspendu un hamac .On y trouve 2 bons vélos(+1 vélo enfant),pratique pour partir à l'exploration du bourg. Il y a beaucoup de vacanciers dans le village,qui s'anime en soirée. On y trouve une piscine municipale avec cours d'aquagym,2 terrains de tennis ,un terrain de pétanque ..raquettes,balles en bon état ainsi que 3 jeux de boules sont à disposition dans le logement .L'accès aux grandes stations de bord de mer se fait sans difficultés,la route étant de bonne qualité.

Entspannt genießen

Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Am besten hat uns der große, mit einer Mauer( schützt vor dem manchmal starken Wind) umgebene Garten gefallen. Wir konnten völlig ungestört relaxen, Boule spielen und den sehr guten Grill benutzen. Zum Meer war es zwar eine halbe Stund Fahrtzeit, aber die Strecke ist landschaftlich sehr schön. Sind die Strecke auch mal mit dem Fahrrad gefahren. Es gibt aber auch einen kleinen Fluss in der Nähe wo man schön baden kann. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich, der Kontakt klappte reibungslos.(Merci beaucoup) Im Dorf gibt es ein kleines Weingut mit gutem Biowein. Der freundliche Winzer, Remy, spricht sehr gut deutsch. Im Ort gibt es eine Bankfiliale mit Geldautomat, Tankstelle, Supermarkt mit Bäckerei und eine nette Bar und auch ein kleines Schwimmbad. Ein Restaurant gibt es zwar nicht mehr, aber da wir sehr gerne selbst kochen, haben wir das nicht vermisst. Wer einen entspannten Urlaub ohne Strandrummel machen möchte ist hier genau richtig.

Location très agréable et trés bien équipée avec un jardin spacieux

Nous avons trouvé que la maison était particuliérement propre et bien équipée. Le jardin est spacieux et parfait pour les enfants. Le village est bien situé est permets de profiter de la mer comme des gorges des riviéres des alentours ou encores des chateaux cathares. Nos hôtes nous ont donnés de bons conseils pour découvrir la région. Nous recommandons ce gîte!
