Beautiful holiday villa, ideal for a relaxing holiday, located 10 minutes from the sea

Very nice recent villa. Quiet with a private parking space adjoining the terrace. Very well equipped. Upstairs a closed bedroom with a 140 bed, storage cupboard + wardrobe. Then a mezzanine with 2 bunk beds + a chest of drawers. On the ground floor a bathroom with shower, sink and wc. Then a common room equipped with a well-appointed kitchen, a ceramic hob with 4 burners, a table and 4 chairs, a sofa, a fridge / freezer and a television. Of course dishwasher and washing machine. An oven and a microwave. At the entrance, a veranda equipped with a table and 6 chairs, a coat rack, a shoe rack, a deserted room. On the terrace, a fixed barbecue. Enough dishes for a very pleasant stay.
10 minutes from the beach on foot and also entertainment, the holidays are by car since the shops and the municipal swimming pool are less than 400 m away.

Annonce inexacte avec écrit piscine ( juste une piscine publique payante à 200m), écrit villa c est juste une petite maison de vacances accolée. Le plus la Clim. 1 seule vrai chambre, sinon 1 lit mezzanine et l autre il y a un paravent dans le salon. Pb douche bouché ( on sait c est normal!!) alors bain douche et débordement, et surtout bcp de moisi tout autour et pas de vmc fonctionnelle. Reproche pas un petit kit d arrivée, rien du tout acheté éponge, chiffon, tous les produits… et dans l annonce pas écrit qu il n y a aucun linge de maison et plusieurs ampoules qui ne marche pas

Je confirme par écrit ma communication. Ok sur piscine, sûrement une erreur de mise à jour rectifiée. Ensuite il s'agit bien d'une villa mitoyenne pour 5 personnes, sur la mezzanine 2 lits puisque superposés, au rez de chaussée, dans la pièce principale un coin nuit isolé par cloisons japonaises et non paravent, ce n'est pas la même chose. Quant à la douche oui quelques petits points de moisissure sur le joint mais surtout très propre. Il est bien mentionné que les draps ne sont pas fournis donc on peut quand même supposé que cela concerne le linge de maison!!!!!! puis toujours la possibilité de poser des questions puisque nous avons eu des contacts bien avant votre arrivée. C'est la première fois que j'ai des soucis depuis 23 ans que je loue ma villa. Oui, je n'ai pas votre mentalité et heureusement. Chose positive sans doute , le tarif puisque vous n'en parlez pas!!!!! Je n'ai jamais connu qu'on pouvez avoir un boeuf pour le prix d'un oeuf!!!! La fois prochaine surtout ne vous trompez pas sur votre location , mais pas chez moi. Merci pour votre appréciation mensongère, et bon courage aux prochains propriétaires qui accepteront de vous louer.

Erholsame Ferien

Der Check-in verlief dank Schlüsselsafe völlig reibungslos, alles war für uns gerichtet. Die Küche ist vollständig ausgestattet. Von den drei Schlafzimmern ist lediglich eines komplett abgeschlossen, die anderen sind Durchgangszimmer bzw. nur durch einen Vorhang vom Wohnzimmer abgetrennt. Das Häuschen ist pflegeleicht und gut ausgestattet. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt.

La maison est très agréable et bien située. Mme David est d'une extrême gentillesse, elle prend bien soin de ses locataires. Nous recommandons cette location.

Appartement dans un lotissement très bien aménagé

Bel appartement bien équipé et notamment pour cuisiner. Lotissement très calme Très bon contact avec propriétaire et durant l accueil Un peu chaud malgré velux et ventilateurs. La climatisation serait un plus.

Chaudes vacances

En cette période de canicule la maison était très chaude malgré les ventilateurs et les volets de Velux Maison bien équipée. Un bémol pour le manque d’ombre devant la maison Emplacement très calme, voisins discrets Plage et bord de mer très sympa et bien adapté aux enfants. Bonne sécurité sur la plage s.n.s.m et c.r.s en patrouille.

Très bonne accueil petite maison au calme très propre nous avons appréciés le barbecue et les transats le point eau à l’extérieur est très pratique au retour de la plage très facile d’accès lorsque nous avons des vélos je recommande à toutes les familles

Tres belle maison avec tout ce qu il faut pour 2 semaines de vacances. Commerce et plage a moins de 10 minute a pied.

Agréable séjour été 2014

Excellentes vacances dans un cadre agréable. Villa située dans une résidence très calme, proche de la mer (15 minutes à pied) et supermarché a proximité. Villa propre et bien équipée..
